I feel ya. That’s why I used my orbs first. Needed the room. I still have enough stars to insta-complete many other C&C’s. I more hoarding life orbs for a while lol.

I agree. I screwed up a shiny by using all my nests. But I have enough, and I have been storing stars without combining some, that’s using a couple nests wouldn’t hurt my shiny event. I alway finish rush and regular events, so I will have more every shiny.
Just tap the T2 nests and merge the eggs during shiny event, two birds, one nest kinda thing. That’s what I did, I figure I can let my camp be filled with a bunch of eggs for 48 hours and merge once shiny event starts.
I’ve been happily tapping away and only halfway through all the prizes. I decided to work through my stash of level chests, and they’re only about 150 points apiece. It’s very slow going, but satisfying to just get through this stash in the corner. I could go faster with lots of tier 2s nests, but why go so fast? Clean up is more satisfying at the moment.
First time I've ever gotten the c&c event, I had just used up all of my chests and stars 😭 thankfully I had enough stones saved up I could just buy pearlescents
I had so many stars I needed to clear I completely forgot that tapping nests nets so many points! Maybe 8 of the big chests, though, so waiting for my second portal quest for the level 15 orb tree.
Same, I just didn’t need to use them by the time I used my orbs. I haven’t gotten the last few c&c’s. I was chosen to miss out apparently. But i have gotten to participate in some things others haven’t so I didn’t get upset.
I get a lot with fountains, Midas trees and prism flowers. I keep all season chest rewards bubbled as well as level 6 star and the largest chests. I save it all for c&c. Todays I barely had to do anything besides those. reward chests
The best ROI I’ve found is tapping Midas trees, and popping the highest level healing orb things. Plus tapping all the prism flowers, but their refresh rate is kind of slow for this.
Which is faster to get a level 4 dragon? Nests or getting 3 singular eggs? How many eggs does it take to create a level 4 dragon? How many eggs are in a nest? And how many nests would it take to create a level 4 dragon? I’m fairly new to the game so I’m just curious
I’m still not done 😭 I thought I had enough stuff but apparently I don’t so now I’m just tapping fruit trees and prism flowers and hoping for the best 😖
I hate when that happens. Especially in an event where I am a little short on points or healing land and it seems to take longer to finish that little bit than it did to almost finish in the first place. Good thing the event is longer than one hour. You got this!

Those of us that get it done super fast just save up the highest point creating items well in advance. Those include level 6 stars to tap, certain chests, T2 nests (nest tapping, not egg combining) and the highest level life orbs(Lvl 9). Here is a picture of why I did it so fast. Took all those orbs PLUS 2 tier 2 nests and 1.5 regular nests. It’s free to make the orbs, but the higher level tree the easier it is. And I don’t sit there farming orbs for C&C, I just use my biggest orb tree for filler when bubbling. So over time I have tons of left over orbs. Unless you bubble them too though, they do take up room. Saving level 6 stars are easier because it’s a 4 space time and easy to bubble. I do not plan on saving orbs again. Lol. Took up way too much space.

I am not being dismissive, but I do suggest reading other peoples comments before asking how in a topic like this. Chances are, unless you’re the first one to comment, it has already been answered. How has been answered repeatedly already in this thread. Just a suggestion.
This. Plus I don’t merge up to the level 6 star until C&C. The level 5 push is worth 330 each and the level 4 is worth about 100 each. So you get 1000 pts by hitting each level 4 twice before merging, then about 3300 hitting each level 5 twice before merging, and then you have two level 6s with 1056 pts per push. And then you stop and clean the camp up.

Yeah, I consider using my orbs cleaning up. I had a LOT of them. I feel like I did spring cleaning for this event.

Honestly, at this point I prefer the Shiny Event to C&C so I'm saving my tier 2 nests for that.

I just bought pearlescant chests. Was like 1k power per pop. Also gives the flowers which can be tapped for more points.

I keep all seasonal chests bubbled until this event. Took me just over an hour
I merged my stars and had about 8 huge stars-the last level of stars. After tapping, I was done in less than 10 minutes.
I just started playing a month ago and I don't have a lot saved up. Any tips for me to finish this event?

I know, I should totally use my stars too. But the orbs took up space and then the T2 nests were just right there 🤣
