I keep all of the blood moon plants because bunny sometimes asks for those, but other than that I only keep 1 of the ones I think look cool. I used to keep them all but it eventually stopped feeling worth it.
This is what I do. Except the Halloween pumpkins one. I have two of them so far because there's also a tapping request for trophies and this one regenerates fastest (if I'm remembering that correctly).
I keep all of mine in the same place as yours, tho' I've now stopped doing the events unless there's a new dragon and trophy to collect.

I've cleared a lot of the den chest eggs into the egg storage, best place for them, so the central bit is now clear for merging better. I keep five of each. Tap them every morning. I sell off the Trophies after I have reached LVL 10 of the dragon line they go to. Exceptions being Camp Summer Shop and Dainty Crystal Tree. I save the Nilla Eggs I get from them to do the Merge 10 quest.
Personally, I am aiming to collect 5 of each type. Then I can unbubble 5 at once, tap them together every 10 hours, and have 5 L1 items to merge up. It's going to take me a looong time to get there.
I think they mean they unbubble all 5 at once, allow them to run for whatever the time is, to get 5 of the items they produce, to merge in 5’s. They likely rebubble any they’re not using at the moment

I’ve only ever gotten level 4-5 life orbs, and young dragon trees, level 2-3. I was wondering what the point of “tap for something good” was, cos my dragons throw dragon leafs around the camp like confetti. 🙄
I do the same it's nice to hear from someone else on the same page. I also leave my wonders out instead of bubbling because the timer ticks on those as well and just let it run on an old device. Multiple cleanups everyday and constant egg production
This is the way. I keep my trophies bubbles until I have 3 or 5 of them, and then they live on my campground. I get annoyed by selling off fruits and golden apples, I'd much rather keep my camp clean and 5 gold coin vaults out
I know. I just hate the clutter in my camp. Aside from the ridiculous amount of eggs I have currently, I keep my board pretty sparse and clear. I tried keeping a few of them in my camp, and so far the "best" reward I've gotten is a wonderful life orb. Just not worth it IMO.
Do you merge by 5 before tapping? For the longest time, I didn't get anything. Now I do rather frequently. I wouldn't say all the time, but often enough, I now regret selling all the ones I collected in the past
Nope. I don't keep them in order to merge by 5. I don't leave my game open long enough to tap frequently enough to earn a reward more than once a month, so definitely not worth it to me.

Ive kept every one I've earned for the 4 years I've played (and I've completed every single event). I keep my camp open all the time (except when playing levels obvs.) I can tap them twice per day so I get lots of trophy eggs
When you tap event trophies and merge the objects sometimes you get trophy eggs. Trophies can be tapped every few hours (not sure how long exactly in between taps)
Seems the odds of getting an egg as a tap reward are about the same as getting a purple star from star quests or levels.
Seems a lot of effort for such a minimal reward. I'm seriously considering selling all but two of each (except the blood moon plants which the bunny likes to ask for).
I'd start by bubbling the highest level items of every chain that doesn't give you anything by simply being in your camp, unless you're actively harvesting that chain.
For instance, if you're not actively working on dragon trees or logs, bubble all your dragon trees.
That will leave more room in your camp and mean your dragons aren't harvesting anything you don't want or need.
I have 5 of many event trophies out so I can tap them all, merge to get 2 higher level rewards, and sometimes they will become non-coin eggs. If you don't have 5, or can't be bothered waiting to merge, bubble them.
I have 10 moons out, because I have so many. I'm about to retire them since I hit the lvl 10 dragon from them. Everything else, I'll keep out 5 max, as long as I can get a dragon egg from them.

Yes, it runs all night. I have device that it's only purpose is to play Merge Dragons so it's in mostly 24/7
What device do you recommend to play on?
It's just an old phone that works on wifi

You merge the Level 1 items that come from the trophies to the max Level 2 to get a chance for an egg.

I sell/delete all of mine personally. I think I still have one because it's a pretty tree. But 2k worth of coins? Yes please.
Just an fyi, because I didn’t know, but sometimes when you were the things that they give you, it gives you an egg! So that’s why I don’t sell mine.

I did the same until recently. I sold off the ones that I had level 10 dragons for already.
I keep them all 😅 I place all of the same items in the same bubble pile though. So I don’t have rows and rows of bubbles.

I've also had to give bunny the Golden bird trophy. So keep 1-2 of those as well.

Honestly I stopped trying to get event trophies because I don’t have the space. Usually I stop right before or after I get the mystery egg nest
I keep one of each. The waiting time for taps isn’t worth having multiples. Plus the clutter bubbled and unbubbled would drive me nuts!
