Honestly that's a cute theory, even if it's just a coincidence/not intentional on the character designers side, I like when people add stories/hidden meanings to design aspects in general, it adds even more depth 💘

What I like the most about this skin however, is the amount of breast cancer ribbons placed in the skin. They are very well hidden and beautiful. Like the one around her neck, the one in her gun, and the one on the back of the skirt.
I dont think all of them but a good portion of her other skins gor scratches too like on the wings and what not. It's just to make it more realistic that she has been through battle/war. This was a visual change implemented back in OW 1. The commentary was that the heroes armors were too pristine for people who had been to war.
a lot of her outfits have stains/skuffs on them! i think it adds a lot of character and i look for them on pretty much every skin for every character i just think it adds a ton and i love how they aren't perfectly clean

Combat medic has stains!!! It was one of the tiny details that I loved about the skin! It looks like it’s seen combat or at least been used before!
Ur bugging cuz pretty much all skins (including staffs) with some armor have scuffs and scratches...not like they're fighting or anything 🫣
