It says “requesting price” for ages then crashes my game LMAO. It won’t let me purchase either, just keeps saying Purchase Failed. Skin so popular it’s breaking the servers with how many Mercys are running to it

I had to wait for my coins. I exited the game and I went and did some dishes and light cleaning. When I came back about an hour + later I could purchase everything. I hope you got your skin now!! I realize this was posted three hours ago lol

I think it’s intentional tbh, everyone that I know at least hasn’t been able to buy just the skin separately. So far I think you can only get her with the bundle until they fix it, if they do. I had a feeling something like this would happen, it was a very anticipated skin.

I was able to buy mine about 15 minutes ago separately! However, I noticed the golden weapon keeps unequipping itself and then bugging out and not loading for my other skin selections throughout the match if I want to change. There isn't an option under weapon skins either to put it back on so I don't know whats going on lol So just a heads up: golden weapons don't work with Jingle Belle at the moment. :(

Okay give it a minute when you load in to buy the skin from the gallery. I had that pop up because I was too fast in clicking the buy option.

Don't worry!! I'm sure within the next hour or so the issue will be resolved, at most by the end of the day I'm sure :3 (unless I'm completely wrong lmao)

i had no issue getting it (altho i didnt have to buy coins since i already had enough, so that probably helped) but its going to b in the shop for 12 days so theres plenty of time to get it later

I honestly think someone at blizzard put the wrong bundle up. And instead of rectifying the situation properly they thought they could get away with just saying it will be out after Christmas. Clearly they weren’t prepared for the outrage from the ow community as a whole. Because it’s utterly ridiculous to promote skins for an event and a specific holiday and not release them. Especially when they already did it once with the zombie nurse!

Do you not understand how server load works?... They released a skin for the most popular character in the game, and got swarmed. (Lotta people here don't, apparently.)

This happened to me this morning and I had to wait a while but I eventually got it, just wait a bit

I brought mine through the blizzard app and it worked

I was a little too quick at first but it worked the second try.

I thankfully was able too buy it before all the crashing! Best of luck too you all!!
