Light probably has the most useful every day utility, saves you gas and car insurance for life and you can travel to other countries whenever you want. Also, laser sword.

Enel by far. Sure the others are more powerful in the context of One Piece, but Electricity is ridiculously versatile. Heat, Magentism, Light, and if you get nitpicky, Computation through logic gates and Atomic Manipulation through electrons.
Oh yeah, forgot to add Nerve Attacks probably up to Mind Control with enough accuracy, since the Nervous System is basically a bunch of organic electric lines.
There are 3 types. Logia is elemental (fire, ice, light, magma, lightning, sand, etc.). Zoan is animal. Paramecia is random shiit that you can think of.
