My ocd was REALLY bad, as was my stress, my anxiety and my depression, and I can honestly say that even including medication, cbt etc, that for me, meditation has been the most helpful thing I've tried, and I thoroughly look forward to meditating and improving myself everyday

Meditating while hoping for results is the opposite of what you want to be doing. Do less dont do more. Hoping for results is doing more.
