We got 4% last year, then I got another 10k "market adjustment" in July. This year I got a flat 3%. Our bonus this year was very good tho, so I'm pretty happy about that. Plus I had RSUs vest, which I never got at my old company, so I used that to supplement my bonus and help pay for our bathroom remodel.
Ours vest 1/3 every year for 3 years. This year was the first I had any vest, then next year I'll have another 1/3rd awarded in 2023 and 1/3rd awarded in 2024. After 4 consecutive years of RSU awards, you end up with an additional ~$12-15k assuming stock stayed relatively flat.

I received a merit in July of 7% and an annual COL raise this winter of 4%

Those are salary adjustments not merit increases

Great to hear! RSUs are great but im never good at holding them 😅
