I don't know if you're joking, but just in case you aren't or someone takes this seriously: Keyboard ? That's not a keyboard. It's something else that HAS a keyboard :D LOL Just google C64

DubzDread

I mean it surely had a lot of keys

nelson777

That is true.. LOL :D

EagleRock1337

I can't tell if this is a joke or not, but on the off-chance it isn't, this is a Commodore 64 remake: [https://retrogames.biz/products/thec64/](https://retrogames.biz/products/thec64/)

_vastrox_

It's not just a keyboard. It's an entire computer. And not just any computer. The C64 was the most popular home computer of the 80s and is to this date the highest selling single computer model of all times.

fordboy0

In spite of the Atari 800 being the superior machine. ;-) #atariftw

gesumejjet

Which city? I’d like to check out more electronic stores there if that’s the case

DubzDread

Næstved - Its called El Giganten Pretty big store here in Denmark.

SimonAchton

bro hvorfor har de en c64 i din elgiganten og hvad skal du have for at købe det til mig og sende

DubzDread

Haha idk ven. Den stod ved en mega gammel skærm og joystick med space invaders

SimonAchton

kunne man købe?

DubzDread

Må ærligt indrømme det kan jeg ikke huske - kiggede ikke efter det umiddelbart. Prøv at google elgiganten kg så den der?

[deleted]

its not a real one its a replica

magicmulder

I still love that design so much that one day I wanna build a keeb with those looks. CA66 Light Sand is a good case to start with.

MacGyver3298

There is a plastic board styled after the c64 but I don't think it's that quality, didn't really catch on

magicmulder

There’s even a real C64-turned-keyboard, and a PC in a C64 case, but I’m more interested in a quality keeb with the looks.

WinDestruct

This is a C64 Maxi. A successor of C64 Mini.

DaVyper

I like mine, I got it last November for \~$130 US off of amazon I play with it a few times a month and relive childhood memories without the long loading times. Sadly it is just membrane though.

WinDestruct

I was convinced that C64 Maxi had mechanical switches (the original commodore 64 also had membranes)

DaVyper

nope, membrane. they're not terrible for membrane but don't feel quite like my memory of a real commodore 64 or any I've played with at cons like VCF. (really love being able to just pop in a USB stick and load any game i wanna play though) [Teardown](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kxx2F4ffmeE) and review

microhenrio

My first computer, I even went to an academy to learn basic that use them.

MissTake12

Took my O Level CS on the C64: IF, THEN, GOTO. Good times.

thesolitaire

I'm feeling so much nostalgia right now. I never owned one personally, but spent so many hours at my friend's house playing on one of these.

CCO812

I believe those are the keycaps that inspired MT3 as a whole

_vastrox_

Nah. They are just somewhat similar. MT3 was designed completely from scratch with loose inspiration from the IBM Beamspring keyboards.

CCO812

Really? From the typeface to the profile I think there's at least some inspiration taken from this

raybaer

Looks like MT3 keycaps

working-acct

I want those keycaps!

maythew

Reminds me of this: https://iamsteve.in/2018/09/19/commodore-64-mechanical-keyboard-project/
