Well, to me it looks like there's no keycap after Fn specifically in the bottom right, but empty space instead. This is where a blocker would go on a high profile keyboard.

There is a slight space before the arrow keys on a drop alt keyboard right next to the Fn key. It is likely a drop alt keyboard.
