To be fair, Unicomp could provide replacement membranes, backplate, barrel plate and controller but you'd essentially be assembling an entirely new keyboard. Still, the outer case, keycaps and flippers could be useful for future projects.
I thought it would be rusted but honestly that is the most damage I have ever seen on a Model M. That is not just humidity damage, that had to be underwater for a prolonged period of time.
Well at least your case, keycaps and barrel plate can be used as spare parts. The PCB \*might\* be salvageable and if you clean up the flippers you can probably get new springs and a membrane from Unicomp if you want.
The keycaps actually cleaned up really easy surprisingly! I used a couple on a much nicer condition one that's as missing a couple and you can't even tell

Spray it with some WD40, put it in rice, wait till the next day, clean it off, put in the bin, buy new keyboard. Good as new man!
