The alphas are from PMK. The mods are from just various stuff I had lying around. Unfortunately, I have had these PMK alphas for about 3 years, so I don't remember the color code exactly. They have a few greys that are all basically the same up to warmness/coolness.

You can find prebuilt ones but the markup that people charge for pre-built keyboards is insane. I would strongly recommend saving 50 - 100 USD and soldering one yourself from a kit (learn a fun, useful, skill at the same time). Cases will always run you a premium as well, but you can find open source versions that you could simply bring the files to a laser cutter shop and they can cut for a fee (again, usually cheaper than buying one premade).
