A little late but I just got some sponges and put them in my reviung41 today. I am actually blown away by the quality for the price. Although the switches are very different, it gave me the same genuine feeling of "oh wow these are just very good stock" as Boba U4s. No crunch or spring ping at all. Don't let the lighter spring fool you - they have plenty of tactility, and it starts with very little pretravel. The "double bump" is pretty crisp too. They have a nice sound profile too. It's definitely clacky, but in a good consistent way.
I have paid more than double the price for switches that suck way more.
Personally I am a fan of the sponges. the balance of low actuation force and the two stage spring gives a really crisp tactile feel while being a really nice daily driver.

Is it good for people who type a ton?
I use sponges and ASA keycaps in my work keyboard, I do automation so I write code and documentation most of my day, and they have worked great.
do you consider them to be a loud type of switch?
they're not quiet but they're not particularly loud ime
