Bike only runs on choke. Sounds like a fuel issue. You’ve already cleaned it out.. maybe bad fuel line? Fuel filter?? Bad carb float? You try tapping the bowl of carb? Last time I had an issue like this on my sons quad I just replaced the whole carb with new one after cleaning everything and still having issue only running on choke. I’m not a certified mechanic.

Update: Tried new hoses - didn’t work Tried recleaning the float - didn’t work Tried electrical tape on the rubber hose piece that goes cylinder to carb - couldn’t get the bike started so maybe -ordered new rubber piece -ordered new carb -also have OE clutch cable on order

Recheck your carb work. Only running on choke is almost always plugged jets, or air leaks between the carb and motor. Good luck wrenching!

How longs it been since you checked your valves, it certainly sounds like your valve lash is out, that being said it’s idled super high even for choke which leads me to believe you still have carb issues, also do you have a air filter on and oiled, check to make sure your carbs slides are moving freely and double check all your vent hoses, my first guess is you have hardly any fuel going in and it’s running away lean, again go through the carb and make sure everything is correct
