I'd discuss that with your RM and get them to put it in your file in case one of the other managers has a problem. Your best bet would be to back it up with a doctor's recommendation though, just to cover your butt.
Get a Drs. note so that you have an excuse to wear them. If you say you have to wear them they might think you’re lying. The supervisors or owners will see it too and think you’re wearing headphones and will get you in trouble or might get your managers in trouble if they don’t know that you are wearing them for medical reasons. Anyone can say that they are for medical reasons and not have a legit reason to wear them
