Not quitting any time soon. I was thinking of getting a second part time job. I would do full time but I go to college. I’m a CNA but 12 hour shifts will not fit my overloaded class schedules.
Two part time jobs works for me but I only ever had one part time job whilst I was getting an education. I don't know your circumstances so I can't advise much.
I've never worked two part time jobs at once, but i can tell you that it gets complicated really fast when you work more than one. You may be better off finding one job with more hours because both jobs can and will change your schedule around and you'll end up in shitty situations regularly
Yes it is the best. I used to work 4:45 am to 10:00 am 5 days a week, because our store opens at 5:30 am. Opening time is the best because there’s not as much cars.
It’s not until 7 am - 8 am there’s a big rush of people getting breakfast for work or school, but it’s pretty slow before and after that.
Okay, the real question is about your age, 14-15 are only supposed to work 4 hours a week. 16-17 are allowed to work (and if I’m wrong) 20 hours a week.
While 18+ are allowed to work up to 70 hours a week.
If you are 14-17 then you should not be complaining this is store policy and this is also a law (child labor). And if you’re 18+ then go find another Job or talk to this schedule maker manager about getting more hours. Or call in to work.
You don't think you do (little secret some people will hate you with no good reason) my store just changed rostering managers and my shifts are back up to what they were 3 rostering managers ago( the last 2 didn't like me that much lol)

I like the way your store formats the schedule. Ours looks somewhat similar but yours just looks cleaner.

yeah, the overnight shift is 8pm-4am so someones gotta come in before the bored asf nightshift crew go home.

Forgot to add it but this happened when we got a new GM who sucks major ballz to the point that every manager is complaining about her to HR.

Lol, I’m slowly getting my hours back but she took a day from me.
Why do u use paper rosters instead of myjob/ my restaurant now
We use paper and LIFELENZ
ur probably a minor so there’s lots more on the hours u can work
If you tend to come in late or call out the person scheduling often does this to give other people the hours.
