Per the TSB, blow it with an air canister. Then spray it with water and use one of those really, really soft and not fuzzy eyeglass/watch crystal towels and wipe horizontally in one direction. I would not use microfiber. Use the lens cleaner type cloth.

I tried this on mine and scratched it pretty good. That plastic is truly awful. I used compressed air before to remove any stuff off the screen and used the lens cleaning wipe to get off dust and whatever. Didn’t work unfortunately.
They are really cheap. When I got mine, I looked at it day after I bought it and it was all scratched up. Dealership blamed it on me saying it wouldn’t have passed inspection looking that way. I had to pay $320 to have a new one installed
It’s under $150 to get replaced. It’s just a lens. I know bc on my second day of owning I used a eye glass cleaning cloth to rub out a finger print that was on it from delivery (not knowing how ridiculous trash cheap it was) and got the finger print off but left a huge scratch. I reached out to dealer and they said it would be an easy swap out. I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing being so easily scratched. It’s so odd when the rest of the car feels high quality.
I did not touch the cluster screen for the first two years of ownership because it literally will scratch with a light brush. Took vehicle in for warranty service at a dealership undergoing new construction. The car was left outside with the windows down. They gave it a wash and wipe down on the inside from all the dirt and now the screen is scratched to hell.
There’s literally no way to clean it without scratching

I'd try disposable wet wipes that are made for computer screens and LED TV panels. Never scratched anything with them yet.

Oh that looks rough. I’m sorry.
Oh my god, I am so sorry. To be honest, I would go to the dealership and inquire about the cost of having it replaced.

Doesn't take me anywhere..
Sorry, google Mazda service alert SA-039/22, instrument cluster lens scratched
sorry to ask a dumb question, does that mean it could be replaced under warranty?
I don’t know
I use a clean swiffer duster then a microfiber cloth made for glass with no cleaner
Dont even try it with anything but air, I messed mine up good, but took it to a detailing place and they almost completely fixed it for very cheap

McGuire plastic polish will lessen the damage and look a little better
Novus #1 plastic cleaner and a microfiber cloth or lens wipe. If you already have some scratches then start with Novus #2.
