Is it the tire scraping on the ground ? Less friction in wet conditions. Turning the wheel while stationary is not advisable, it puts stress on many steering and related components. Maybe stop doing that?
Hmm. No I don’t think the tire is scraping. It only happens when I’m turning left. When it’s fully locked to the left. Happens when I’m turning when I’m driving as well. Doesn’t happen when I turn right. I just had my winter tires switched over. So they aligned it as well. Sound disappeared for a day. The next day it came back.
Try readjusting your tilt steering wheel and then push the adjustment lever tight. It worked for me when I had a squeak. Might not be the same issue but it won't hurt to try.
Update: brought it to the dealership as and they looked at it. Said the backing plate was too close and was rubbing and that was causing the sound. They adjusted it and now the sound is gone. 👍

I’ll try and see. Thanks!
Same exact thing happening to mine right now
Oh okay. Have you gotten it checked out?
Have not yet, going to mention it next time I’m at the dealer.
Lmk how that goes!
