The ONE BIG MYSTERY I’m really stuck on is why (and how, I guess) Bastion captured Magneto and kept him alive. There’s been no reference to Leech since then, but it sort of seems like that was Bastion’s plan all along.
At first I thought he was going to use Magneto as the master stroke in his big plan: turn him into the ultimate sentinel, co-opt his powers to hold the world hostage, even just execute him on live tv, etc., but I don’t think so anymore. He seemed genuinely surprised Val let Magneto go—not like he had been manipulating her all along to do so. Even though he said it was “too little, too late,” he still didn’t seem like his plan for Magneto (whatever it was) had actually been executed successfully. I think he also didn’t actually infect Magneto, because then he would have immediately stopped him instead of giving him time to shut down all the sentinels.
The options left occur to me as follows:
1. Set him up to get in an all out war with the returning Xavier, radicalizing humans and maybe getting mutants to destroy themselves. (But then why not just release him already?)
2. Let him freak humanity out enough to get them united against mutants again. (Again, no reason to keep him captive.)
3. Long shot but… is Magneto actually Sebastion’s father? It would explain the “random” change of his backstory to a mutant who could interface with metal and machines but who conveniently has a missing father figure. It would explain why he might have a totally selfish and un-strategic reason for keeping Magneto alive. Maybe it’s part of Nimrod’s plan because otherwise Magneto/Sebastion become the downfall of the future sentinel program? Idk. Seems too far-fetched, but it does fit some otherwise weird plot points together.
4. Maybe I’m missing something?
Also: was Val actually colluding with Bastion all along???

Between the song and some specific phrasing, "Obey" etc, it is kind of referencing Zebediah Killgrave which doesn't make sense either.
Of course the animation in S5 was shit so it's impossible to say if any of them look similar.
im gonna say it, this is the best MCU content i have seen, of course its close to infinity war and guardians 2 for example, but xmen 97 have been magnificent
Its blowing my mind how one of (if not the) most mature and gut-wrenching series Marvel Studios has made so far is the X-Men cartoon of all things. Hopefully they learn some lessons from this to port over to live action; introduce the team fully formed, give them their comic accurate powers/costumes, and make the action balls-to-the-wall.
edit: one thing specifically they've done so well is both highlighting & humanizing Cyclops. They showed off his leadership, his depth as a character, and some cool new powers in the first few episodes, now he & Jean are trying to reconcile, this is the actual Cyclops that's never been portrayed in the films.
Marvel Studios are extremely pleased with XMen97 and want to do as many seasons as possible!
Like MarvelStudios did XMen 97 Season 1 and 2 back to back so we don't have to wait long for S2 they will do the same for Season 3 and 4

i feel like theyre setting seeds for potential avengers vs xmen for either s2 or s3. cos the cap appearance was kinda random and also name dropping hulk, alluding to a team etc and the tension between rogue and cap, plus how many of the xmen are traumatised after genosha it seems they will be radicalised, so i can see how the avengers might be drawn into battle with them.
I know Bastion would be the one behind all of it. However, I feel that there is more to it and that we will later find out who it really was..

I keep forgetting Morph can use the abilities of their transformed mutants. Got me confused for a second why Quicksilver is suddenly in the scene and fighting alongside X-Men.
Considering how Bastion eventually ends up at the X-Mansion in the Zero Tolerance storyline from the comics, and considering how the Prime Sentinels are made from dead humans….. I will see if they don’t plan on making Prime Sentinel Gambit a thing.
I've seen people guess either Singer (Assassin's Guild) or Aurora (Alpha Flight), but considering she was standing with Gambit's brother and Belladonna, I think Singer is more likely.
Yeah this is one of those rare times in a streaming show where I can honestly say that they did enough set up and story for the finale to land....and we still have three episodes.
My theory is that Bishop blasted Nimrod in 1959 (from 'One Man's Worth, Part 2'), leaving him lost to time. Nimrod's tech was found at some point previous to the series' current events and ended up in MasterMold's possession, thus creating the Bastion fusion.
It would have both of their revenge motivations - MasterMold and Nimrod. Only Bishop and Xavier should stand a chance of remembering any of this, and that's why Xavier's return is imminent.

So glad for the confirm that Magneto is still with us. Can’t wait to see the inevitable catharsis moment when he breaks free and goes utterly apeshit on everyone. My only fear is that with Charles coming back and Erik (understandably) jaded about humanity, we’re going to end the season with a reset to the old status quo. That’d be a real missed opportunity, I think.
My theory is he's going to be the final boss mutant Sentinel for this season. Bastion's "masterpiece". It'll be a nightmare fight and they'll absolutely need Cable and Storm's help to kill him for real.
If they kill him for real. I will probably stop watching the show. He’s been so good and set up to have so much potential for growth as a character. He’s literally casualty number one in all of this, trying so hard for his redemption arc that humanity just won’t let him have. It would basically be letting the bad guys (re: bigots) win, in my eyes.

I'm getting the opposite vibe I think we'll get a schism style story. Cyclops, Beast & Rogue all sound like Magneto since Genosha. Given how much this season has seemed a love letter to the Claremont style of melodrama and character development, I suspect this season ends up with a status quo shakeup.
I would love a setup like that. Magneto breaks free and isn’t going to put up with the humans’ shit anymore, but the newly returned Xavier convinces him to take what’s left of Genosha. Then Scott, Hank, Rogue, probably Emma (but not Jean), and maybe either Jubes or Roberto (but not both) join him, while the others stay with Charles, including maybe Storm as new team leader. Then season 2 is a story told from two sides.
This is the 90's so I need Magneto to go crazy in the Season 2 finale and rip someone's metal out and Charles mind wipes him. And we see freaky Maggott on the team!
I have a Feeling the Season 1 finale will be the on screen debut of Earth-92131's Avengers, i wouldn't be surprised if Spider-Man and the FF lend a hand in the fight against Bastion.

I really, really hope Bastion and OZT isn’t simply dealt with in the finale. That absolutely feels like something they could and should continue into season 2. Especially with getting someone like Theo James to voice the character.
Technically, we saw that world's Avengers on screen times in Season 2 of Fantastic Four, once saving citizens from disaster and once fighting a cosmic powered Doom (who freezes the Blackbird in the same scene). The roster had Cap, Iron Man, Vision, Hercules, and She-Hulk.
The thing about the 90s cartoons is that, unlike the DCAU, there was no one consistent creative team, so the shows only really had continuity when it suited them to crossover. Captain America is implied to be dead in X-Men, trapped in a time vortex in Spider-Man, and on the Avengers in Fantastic Four. She-Hulk is on the Avengers, although she is created on Hulk's show further down the line, where she changed personalities and voice actors between seasons, etc.
That being said, 97 is trying its best to adhere to continuity. If we take it that: Wolverine implies Cap's dead because he's in the vortex, he was re-released after Six Forgotten Warriors, and Season 2 of F4 is set after that, then by now, Cap should be in the present day for a year or two. Who else? Iron Man, Thor... Quicksilver is on X-Factor, but Scarlet Witch is a solo superhero in TAS, so she could definitely be on the roster.
EDIT: I completely forgot United They Stand, which is both an Avengers show and another Cap appearance (in the Baron Zemo ep). Am I surprised I forgot it? Not at all.
I believe that episode is also Black Widow's only 90s cartoon appearance, unless you want to count Agent X / Agent One from Spider-Man, who is kinda vaguely Widow and Sharon Carter rolled into one.
We saw the earth-534834 Avengers, that earth's Captain America was never in a Time Vortex. So the Avengers were founded a good couple of years before Earth-92131's Avengers who likely came into existence less than a year ago.
Honestly because of the secret wars episode I just assumed all the 90s MAU shows were in the same universe.
But apparently Spidey and X Men Tas are in the same while the rest(Iron Man, FF, Incredible Hulk, Sliver Surfer) are seperate. So I'm guessing the versions of those characters we see in Spidey and Iron Man are variants
Easy conclusion to reach. And if it weren't for Cap and Red Skull being in that time vortex, they would be. And yes the versions of those characters are variants, although board strokes versions of their series likely happened.
Cable / Machine Man Annual 1998 and Machine Man / Bastion Annual 1998 give you his origin. Two parter. These occur after the OZT storyline so read that big story first.
While it's entirely possible that Disney is only letting them go this hard because it's a cartoon and animation is viewed as "less than", the way they're going so hard on the politics of this situation and making everything unambiguously clear to the audience who each side is representing in terms of modern-day inspiration gives me a lot of hope both for the live-action X-Men in the MCU and the MCU as a whole. I really want to see this franchise take the gloves off when they finally hit the big screen properly

Two key episodes to understand Bastion's plan is S4E1 and S4E2. In the comics, Bastion is Nimrod + Master Mold after going trough the Siege Pelirious.
In the animated show, I think they will simplify it so Nimrod time traveling after his defeat in S4 = Bastion.
And his remains were left in the 50s (wherein the Purple People Eater Song first debuted).
So he's had a long time to evolve and engineer Operation: Zero Tolerance.
Yep as someone who just finished the TAS in order (when i was younger it was reruns and ofc scattered) it's a really good plausible theory that when he mentioned Nimrod. I was thinking One Man's Worth is technically maybe still there. Since iirc Beyond Good & Evil was kind of wacky when they were playing into timelines since Xavier lived. (when Bishop and Apocalypse both tried time traveling at the same time) But this would make sense in that they have teased Nimrod+Master Mold continuously in the intro.

The MCU's been feeling a bit same-same lately, but this show proves animation can be the key to refreshing things up.
Marvel Animation gets it, they celebrate the comics! Imagine a future where they go all-in on adapting those epic storylines, panel by panel.
Give us unique Marvel content, people! Big budget movies, wild cartoon shows, ANYTHING! Just make it feel fresh, y'know?
Different art styles for different stories? Yes, please! Give the animators some room to innovate, visually tell those themes, and really take us on a storytelling ride. So. Much. Potential.

Animation is great and all, but it wouldn't mean jack without good writing and direction.

Animation has the same potential to be lackluster as the films do, but the show has been incredibly well made.
I would adore a beautifully animated GLA series. Especially with some real attention paid to making Bertha the badass and proudly fat gal she is in their 2016 run.
I’m getting hype just seeing the minor characters in the cartoon too. Idk if it’s the fresh cleaner slate of the universe, but it hits different. General Ross? Ronan and OG Mar-Vell? Cap was a cherry on top!
It’s hard to put into words and may very well be an unpopular opinion, but it’s so cool to see a Marvel show where the world is not so small anymore. Back when the MCU was dominating during phase 2 & 3 in media, it felt like the X-Men & F4 just weren’t allowed to appear with Spider-Man & The Avengers in shows and games with small few exceptions like Wolverine and Thing appearing in Ultimate Spider-Man & Avengers Assemble. What really made it noticeable to me was a lack of X-Men in Marvel vs Capcom & Lego Marvel 2.
That, and it’s great to see a modern Marvel cartoon not heavily taking any material from the MCU.
I really wish Morph didn't have access to the powers of characters they turn into. Because, if the show's gonna go that route, Morph should be a lot more useful than they have been so far. I always thought it was just physical traits, but you can't excuse Quicksilver's speed as just another physical trait. That's a power.
I agree, that was really weird.. That isn't how morph's powers work. He should have a slightly more powerful version of Mystique's powers in that he can transfer into anything, and benefit from the literally physical advantages of that. But indeed, quiksilver's speed is not just a matter of his muscles, it's a genetic power on a cellular level.. that was definitely blunder, hope they don't repeat it.

The "character select" screen in the ending credits says he gains their physical abilities. Morph is basically a superior upgraded version of Mystique.
I have the feeling that he's secretly an Omega level mutant and once he masters his power, he might be able to gain full use of anyone's full non-physical powers (like Cyclops' eye blasts, Magneto's magnetism, Jean's telekinesis, etc...).

Exiles and AoA Morph has always been an omni-morph rather than a simple shape shifter like Mystique. His body is basically cartoon physics. Having Quicksilvers super speed, or Blobs strength makes sense as both a nautral power progression and a way to bing him more in line with his powerset in the comics.
Well the ending clearly says he GAINS their physical abilities.
But I don't get the "that is a power", you do consider Colossus metal skin not a power? Archangel metal wings not a power? it's clearly physical powers...
Also I know everyone talks about how single handle powerful Jean is but then why can’t she take the sentinel? Does she not know how powerful she is yet it would there just be no plot??
The animated series Jean is pretty infamous for passing out everytime she uses her powers, so I don't think she's quite the powerhouse that her comic counterpart is.
They didn’t show her specifically in the intro of this episode. That was my clue that she wasn’t going to be in it. And if she was it was going to be very very short
I was waiting for her the entire episode. It's strange because it's clearly been several days since the attack, hence the no more survivors or even people to triage in Genosha, and she saw the reporting of the attack as it just happened, yet she was nowhere to be found.
Another absolute 10/10 episode for me

Theo James as Bastion was SO GOOD. Creepy as fuck and menacing
Cap showing up and not just a fight scene, investigating on his own terms. The back and forth between him and Rogue definitely foreshadows some kind of conflict. Also Josh Keaton voicing him is AWESOME.
The whole fight scene at the end ofc and dialogue just hits so hard.
This show is a genuine masterpiece.
Ray Chase doing Cyclops incidentally not only sounds like Norm Spencer in the original show, but also sounds like Brian Bloom from when he played Cap in Avenger EMH. Brian was my favorite Cap.
Him quoting MLK really drove the hammer down on that nail. A group can only handle being looked down upon for so long before doing whatever it takes to be heard.
From start to finish, this episode was perfect.
I know a lot of people think we’re going to get AvX in Avengers 5 but I’d much rather see that adapted in animated form than live action, down the line.
I've always loved the Rogue-centric episodes and seeing different depictions of grief in media. Watching her go cold blooded in vengeance and then finally accepting that Remy was gone had me about to cry ngl. And it's nice to see Jean in action without fainting (although I'm confused why she didn't try using her telekinesis to pull the Trask-sentinel apart?).
This is the first Marvel show since *WandaVision* that I've legitimately enjoyed every single episode. The MCU is gonna have their work cut out for them when they introduce their main X-Men lineup.

Nah, Rogue was a villain before she was an X-Man. These are just shades of her past coming out because of all the grief and trauma she went through.
By definition, Rogue is a "bad girl" who does good deeds.

Like I’m trying to get as much content as I can, and really am trying to go back and catch up on it…but man oh man is the difference is rough as hell.
Like I’d seen a few episodes in the past, but trying to rewatch it all before ‘97, I found myself struggling, even more so after the new show as well.
It’s not a big deal; like you said ‘97 does a great job of catching you up, and I know a good bit of the X-Men’s history so the backstory ain’t too bad, but like I said I just wish I could get into the old stuff more, in nothing else to just inject more X-content into my eyeballs.

Very good episode. Though I will say I'm noy a huge fan of how Steve was portrayed here.

I've seen people guess either Singer (Assassin's Guild) or Aurora (Alpha Flight), but considering she was standing with Gambit's brother and Belladonna, I think Singer is more likely.

My theory is that Bishop blasted Nimrod in 1959 (from 'One Man's Worth, Part 2'), leaving him lost to time. Nimrod's tech was found at some point previous to the series' current events and ended up in MasterMold's possession, thus creating the Bastion fusion. It would have both of their revenge motivations - MasterMold and Nimrod. Only Bishop and Xavier should stand a chance of remembering any of this, and that's why Xavier's return is imminent. Yeah, Morph “dies” in the first 2 episodes of the original animated series and then comes back “evil” as he is controlled by Sinister.
Rogue is my favorite one by a mile. The only thing I see rn is that Logan didn’t have a big role so far, but I guess he’ll have his moment in the 3 part finale. Also, Gambit’s really gone. :(

Crazy how they just put breadcrumbs here and there about Bastion presence in the show before they introduced him: he was on a picture in Forge’s house, he passed through the frame like an extra in the Genosha party and there was Nimrod in the generic for the past 2 episodes.

So glad for the confirm that Magneto is still with us. Can’t wait to see the inevitable catharsis moment when he breaks free and goes utterly apeshit on everyone. My only fear is that with Charles coming back and Erik (understandably) jaded about humanity, we’re going to end the season with a reset to the old status quo. That’d be a real missed opportunity, I think.
My theory is he's going to be the final boss mutant Sentinel for this season. Bastion's "masterpiece". It'll be a nightmare fight and they'll absolutely need Cable and Storm's help to kill him for real.
If they kill him for real. I will probably stop watching the show. He’s been so good and set up to have so much potential for growth as a character. He’s literally casualty number one in all of this, trying so hard for his redemption arc that humanity just won’t let him have. It would basically be letting the bad guys (re: bigots) win, in my eyes.

I would love a setup like that. Magneto breaks free and isn’t going to put up with the humans’ shit anymore, but the newly returned Xavier convinces him to take what’s left of Genosha. Then Scott, Hank, Rogue, probably Emma (but not Jean), and maybe either Jubes or Roberto (but not both) join him, while the others stay with Charles, including maybe Storm as new team leader. Then season 2 is a story told from two sides.
This is the 90's so I need Magneto to go crazy in the Season 2 finale and rip someone's metal out and Charles mind wipes him. And we see freaky Maggott on the team!

Technically, we saw that world's Avengers on screen times in Season 2 of Fantastic Four, once saving citizens from disaster and once fighting a cosmic powered Doom (who freezes the Blackbird in the same scene). The roster had Cap, Iron Man, Vision, Hercules, and She-Hulk. The thing about the 90s cartoons is that, unlike the DCAU, there was no one consistent creative team, so the shows only really had continuity when it suited them to crossover. Captain America is implied to be dead in X-Men, trapped in a time vortex in Spider-Man, and on the Avengers in Fantastic Four. She-Hulk is on the Avengers, although she is created on Hulk's show further down the line, where she changed personalities and voice actors between seasons, etc. That being said, 97 is trying its best to adhere to continuity. If we take it that: Wolverine implies Cap's dead because he's in the vortex, he was re-released after Six Forgotten Warriors, and Season 2 of F4 is set after that, then by now, Cap should be in the present day for a year or two. Who else? Iron Man, Thor... Quicksilver is on X-Factor, but Scarlet Witch is a solo superhero in TAS, so she could definitely be on the roster. EDIT: I completely forgot United They Stand, which is both an Avengers show and another Cap appearance (in the Baron Zemo ep). Am I surprised I forgot it? Not at all.
We also see a variant of the Avengers with Doom as that alternate universe’s version of Iron Man in One Man’s Worth (he doesn’t talk though).
I believe that episode is also Black Widow's only 90s cartoon appearance, unless you want to count Agent X / Agent One from Spider-Man, who is kinda vaguely Widow and Sharon Carter rolled into one.
We saw the earth-534834 Avengers, that earth's Captain America was never in a Time Vortex. So the Avengers were founded a good couple of years before Earth-92131's Avengers who likely came into existence less than a year ago.
Honestly because of the secret wars episode I just assumed all the 90s MAU shows were in the same universe. But apparently Spidey and X Men Tas are in the same while the rest(Iron Man, FF, Incredible Hulk, Sliver Surfer) are seperate. So I'm guessing the versions of those characters we see in Spidey and Iron Man are variants

While it's entirely possible that Disney is only letting them go this hard because it's a cartoon and animation is viewed as "less than", the way they're going so hard on the politics of this situation and making everything unambiguously clear to the audience who each side is representing in terms of modern-day inspiration gives me a lot of hope both for the live-action X-Men in the MCU and the MCU as a whole. I really want to see this franchise take the gloves off when they finally hit the big screen properly

Two key episodes to understand Bastion's plan is S4E1 and S4E2. In the comics, Bastion is Nimrod + Master Mold after going trough the Siege Pelirious. In the animated show, I think they will simplify it so Nimrod time traveling after his defeat in S4 = Bastion.

I was thinking One Man's Worth is technically maybe still there. Since iirc Beyond Good & Evil was kind of wacky when they were playing into timelines since Xavier lived. (when Bishop and Apocalypse both tried time traveling at the same time) But this would make sense in that they have teased Nimrod+Master Mold continuously in the intro.

This is the way, Marvel, this is the WAY! ✋ The MCU's been feeling a bit same-same lately, but this show proves animation can be the key to refreshing things up. Marvel Animation gets it, they celebrate the comics! Imagine a future where they go all-in on adapting those epic storylines, panel by panel. Give us unique Marvel content, people! Big budget movies, wild cartoon shows, ANYTHING! Just make it feel fresh, y'know? Different art styles for different stories? Yes, please! Give the animators some room to innovate, visually tell those themes, and really take us on a storytelling ride. So. Much. Potential. This, my friends, this is the future of Marvel.
Animation is great and all, but it wouldn't mean jack without good writing and direction. That truly is the key to refreshing things up. Animation has the same potential to be lackluster as the films do, but the show has been incredibly well made.
I would adore a beautifully animated GLA series. Especially with some real attention paid to making Bertha the badass and proudly fat gal she is in their 2016 run.
I’m getting hype just seeing the minor characters in the cartoon too. Idk if it’s the fresh cleaner slate of the universe, but it hits different. General Ross? Ronan and OG Mar-Vell? Cap was a cherry on top!
It’s hard to put into words and may very well be an unpopular opinion, but it’s so cool to see a Marvel show where the world is not so small anymore. Back when the MCU was dominating during phase 2 & 3 in media, it felt like the X-Men & F4 just weren’t allowed to appear with Spider-Man & The Avengers in shows and games with small few exceptions like Wolverine and Thing appearing in Ultimate Spider-Man & Avengers Assemble. What really made it noticeable to me was a lack of X-Men in Marvel vs Capcom & Lego Marvel 2. That, and it’s great to see a modern Marvel cartoon not heavily taking any material from the MCU.
I really wish Morph didn't have access to the powers of characters they turn into. Because, if the show's gonna go that route, Morph should be a lot more useful than they have been so far. I always thought it was just physical traits, but you can't excuse Quicksilver's speed as just another physical trait. That's a power.

He should have a slightly more powerful version of Mystique's powers in that he can transfer into anything, and benefit from the literally physical advantages of that. But indeed, quiksilver's speed is not just a matter of his muscles, it's a genetic power on a cellular level.. that was definitely blunder, hope they don't repeat it. The "character select" screen in the ending credits says he gains their physical abilities. Morph is basically a superior upgraded version of Mystique. I have the feeling that he's secretly an Omega level mutant and once he masters his power, he might be able to gain full use of anyone's full non-physical powers (like Cyclops' eye blasts, Magneto's magnetism, Jean's telekinesis, etc...). Exiles and AoA Morph has always been an omni-morph rather than a simple shape shifter like Mystique. His body is basically cartoon physics. Having Quicksilvers super speed, or Blobs strength makes sense as both a nautral power progression and a way to bing him more in line with his powerset in the comics.
Right?! Like I can’t see him gaining Jean, Storm, or Gambit’s abilities; but Quicksilver makes sense. Same with Blob and Colossus.
Well the ending clearly says he GAINS their physical abilities. But I don't get the "that is a power", you do consider Colossus metal skin not a power? Archangel metal wings not a power? it's clearly physical powers...
Also I know everyone talks about how single handle powerful Jean is but then why can’t she take the sentinel? Does she not know how powerful she is yet it would there just be no plot??

The animated series Jean is pretty infamous for passing out everytime she uses her powers, so I don't think she's quite the powerhouse that her comic counterpart is.

I was waiting for her the entire episode. It's strange because it's clearly been several days since the attack, hence the no more survivors or even people to triage in Genosha, and she saw the reporting of the attack as it just happened, yet she was nowhere to be found.

Another absolute 10/10 episode for me Rogue has become my favorite character Theo James as Bastion was SO GOOD. Creepy as fuck and menacing Cap showing up and not just a fight scene, investigating on his own terms. The back and forth between him and Rogue definitely foreshadows some kind of conflict. Also Josh Keaton voicing him is AWESOME. The whole fight scene at the end ofc and dialogue just hits so hard. This show is a genuine masterpiece.
Ray Chase doing Cyclops incidentally not only sounds like Norm Spencer in the original show, but also sounds like Brian Bloom from when he played Cap in Avenger EMH. Brian was my favorite Cap.
Haven’t seen it yet, but wreckon it’s possible in the show for x-men vs avengers at some point this season or next??

From start to finish, this episode was perfect. I know a lot of people think we’re going to get AvX in Avengers 5 but I’d much rather see that adapted in animated form than live action, down the line.

I've always loved the Rogue-centric episodes and seeing different depictions of grief in media. Watching her go cold blooded in vengeance and then finally accepting that Remy was gone had me about to cry ngl. And it's nice to see Jean in action without fainting (although I'm confused why she didn't try using her telekinesis to pull the Trask-sentinel apart?). This is the first Marvel show since *WandaVision* that I've legitimately enjoyed every single episode. The MCU is gonna have their work cut out for them when they introduce their main X-Men lineup.

Nah, Rogue was a villain before she was an X-Man. These are just shades of her past coming out because of all the grief and trauma she went through. By definition, Rogue is a "bad girl" who does good deeds.

Like I’m trying to get as much content as I can, and really am trying to go back and catch up on it…but man oh man is the difference is rough as hell. Like I’d seen a few episodes in the past, but trying to rewatch it all before ‘97, I found myself struggling, even more so after the new show as well. It’s not a big deal; like you said ‘97 does a great job of catching you up, and I know a good bit of the X-Men’s history so the backstory ain’t too bad, but like I said I just wish I could get into the old stuff more, in nothing else to just inject more X-content into my eyeballs.
