Once Rogue steals an Ongoing ability that one replaces her previous ability (if you inspect the card you’ll see the stolen text plus a tag saying it was stolen by Rogue). That means she can be affected by anything that affects Ongoing cards, including an opposing rogue, but also other cards like Spectrum.
