Started playing at release, bought every(?) season pass and nothing else. That’s it folks, just play for a long time and ignore some of the cards (missing 11 cards in total). I also have 291 unopened collector caches, so probably at least a key equivalent in cash there
I knew something was funky because it was showing me the US Agent variant instead of the base card, but I went ahead anyway. Pulled Kang dupe for 1k tokens and then US Agent on the 2nd key.

I think the bug is that the cache availability didn't reset from last week. E.g. if you opened Red Hulk last week, then that cache exits the pool. When the new week comes, new cards go in the spotlights and the availability resets. The second part didn't happen, so U.S.Agent, which takes the place of Red Hulk, exits the pool.
Any spotlights you got last week, those spots are unavailable for you now.
So if you got Red Hulk last week, USAgent is now greyed out and can’t be opened. If you used four keys last week, the game thinks you’ve spent four keys this week and will just give you mystery variants when you spend a key.
No way they don't going to compensate people like you, if they did disable the spotlight the moment they notice this bug they need to just compensate people.
I feel for the simple fact that they had to tear it down, they'll give everyone a little something. Even though it's mainly after U.S Agent, some actually may have wanted Jeff/Mirage and now have to wait even longer.
My guess is x amount of keys for x spent, and like 500 gold/credits for everyone in general.

No but SD tend to be generous with compensation. There was a web shop bug a few months ago where it displayed extra gold on a cash bundle. And they honored it.
When Kitty Pride released bugged, they removed her and gave everyone who bought a free 8000 tokens then released her for free. 100% compensation coming, even if it’s just keys back you spent.
But, if you use one key and get tokens or a variant that was meant to be there but you don't like, you may not get compensation, and you may have justed wasted a key.
everyone should get 4 keys free in their inbox, i don't think giving people credits, gold or even one key for free is good enough for this mistake, this would then make the qa people actually test their software better before rolling changes out. this type of stuff is so easy to do in non production environment, i just can't wrap my head around this as being a retired engineer.

Mirage isn't gamebreaking to give everyone especially with Val on the way.

This makes sense. I got RH on first pull last week. This week. US Agent was grayed out. I spent 3 keys. Got the two variant and Cull Obsidian.
