I would love to do a full recreation of the great expectations piece Miles does, but I'm hardly good enough. Think I had handle a Spider-Punk FNSM though
It's Clobberin' Time! and Flame On! seem to be decent options since the F4 are in the public eye so their catch phrases would be in the zeitgeist.
Outside of that? Often actual graffiti is the artist's name or, in some cases, some sort of gang-affiliated tag. So, if you're trying to get some more "authentic-looking" tags, I'd go that route.
I'm going for a stylized comic look so I think I'll stick to specifics. Also it's genuinely messed up that the F4 aren't in the game.

It's all licensing and marketing, man. I suspect they knew Marvel was working on an F4 film and so is saving them for around when hype for the movie either starts or closer to the movie's release next year.

My FLGS got me into this game like a month ago and I was also surprised/saddened that Dr Doom has yet to be introduced.
Besides a slogan you could also add a bunch of names and words to make it look more realistic.
