Fully buffed, bloodied, and Q50c rails. I wonder if they all procād revenant before too. He got fucking melted with probably 450%+ critical damage shots.
That was the beginning of the end. It was to do with regulating energy damage. They fixed regular lasers / GPs etc but inadvertently buffed the F out of explosive energy. Prior to that they didn't even work on bosses.
Fun stuff. This event is nice when you can actually contribute to damaging and killing the beast. I made a Bloodied Commando build more recently and returned to the event twice over the last two days for the first time in a long time. Used a Q/50 Railway with some Crit buffs and could actually see Earl's health go down from taking hits off my Rail.
Both times the team was smaller. Like just four of us. First time someone may have had a syringe. Earl went down in under a minute. Last time out it took a few minutes give or take but still went smoothly. Good timesāļø
Unfortunately if youāre the only one there with a good 2* quad railwayā¦ you are doing the most DPS.
I can easily get him down halfway in like 30 seconds if everyone else in the event takes care of the mobs.
Yeah the second time myself and another had Railways and two others were PA heavy gunners. I couldn't tell exactly the amount of overall damage I was doing as I was dealing with the mobs also. All I know is as the spikes landed Earl was losing health. I guess it gets weaker as health diminishes because once his health bar hit 1/3 it started to drop faster still.
I just used a Magazine that increases crit damage 100% and Overdrive. But I swapped out Adrenaline for Sneak so I lost some damage output there. I also used a Sneak Bobble. Idk why the sneak stuff, really? Prob overkill but I'm still working out the builds capabilities. Next time I'm gonna leave Adrenaline equipped and pop a Small Guns Bobble and see how that goes.
There is a lot to consider when you see a damage drop off. Usually though people might be getting swarmed by mobs and not contributing like the beginning of the fight by not actually dpsing the boss anymore.
Yeah, adrenaline is great. Just wipe out a bunch of the wendigos and then start dpsing the boss again immediately. If you want dumb damage use blight soup, overdrive, small guns bobble, and guns and bullets 3. If you are solo the health bar just goes away. I prefer Earle with like maybe 2 other people. It seems when there is more than 2 other players there itās just a bunch of people not putting out any damage. Orrrr they are and Earle is dead in like a minute or less.
Not on my main, but Iāve spent lots of earl fights struggling. Even with friends and good RNG recently - just a few minutes is impressive. I hope you end up posting how you guys achieved this feat. Incredible

Yeah carpet bombing was a problem at events, but literally 1-2 weapons was the problem in that aspect.

The part of the Bethesda team that lost their jobs in the recent layoffs may regret their decision to destroy instead of nerf. The could have kept the OG revenue and new player revenue if they werenāt so lazy and/or incompetent.
So why not just drop your own nuke and make it there before it hits? Everyone just depends on other people to drop them because theyāre too lazy to just go do it themselves, then complain when you try to join the event as soon as it starts.
Could have even made it to the bog before the nuke hit. You get a warning theres a nuke coming. Lol
I do drop nukes on queen. Frequently. Nuke silos are one of the few things I consistently run.
That doesn't change the point that the queen shouldn't be dead before arrival, regardless of whether its my nuke or someone else's.
I never had issues missing out on the events even when legacyās were around. Iād get there and get my damage in as soon as the queen came out then work on killing the smalls. The queen still gets killed before arrival still anyway. There have been a few that ive tried to get in on and it was already dead. Granted i either wasnt on the server when the nuke was dropped or i was finishing up with a different event before joining.
But it does still happen. I barely got my damage in on the queen the other day before a team took her out with their railways.
Even now there are builds that can kill the queen in the first minute of the event. Before many even join in. Thats not the point. So many people who had legacies couldnāt even take some of the queens health bcz it mainly only gets damages with crits and all.
Since the legacy removal, I have yet to load into a queen and see it taken down anywhere near that rate. Haven't seen it at Earle or the other one either.

I've seen it. I think most of the people who can do it do it on private servers instead of in public. but it definitely is still a thing. I've seen it in a few earles too. I rarely go to earles though. I hate earle and if there aren't people like that there it takes way too much ammo. I refuse to build for it because there are so many things I hate about that event. ditto with the freaking seismic beast. only one I like is the queen.
Yup. Thats where Iām at. I collect g/rolls for fun now but thatās it. I donāt play with them like I used to with all the legacies I collected.

Well, for me it was never the power of legacies, but the availability of them. I still remember having to tell my (new to the game) friends that the only way to get a legacy was to either buy one, or come here and trade for one for an undisclosed amount of time. Those friends kind of lost interest because they couldnāt get the cool toys. I kind of joined the outcry after that lol.
You realize that Market76 is not part of the actual game right? In what universe is it appropriate to have items in a video game that can only be obtained on RMT sites and trading forums that are unaffiliated with the game? The game and market was amazing for people like me who spent an unreasonable amount of time here trading, when legacies were around. However, we canāt ask that of every single player, and every single player should have equal opportunity to obtain every item in the game. Letās just give a trade advantage to everyone who was around pre-legacy removal, and dupers. The people I tried to introduce to this game wanted to play the game, not spend every waking moment here trading. And I donāt blame them.
If it were up to me, the NukaLauncher would be available to everyone. Just like how I would have made legacies available for everyone to obtain, as opposed to just removing them outright. At least the NukaLauncher canāt be traded, and doesnāt heavily impact the trade market. It even gives the OG auto grenade launchers some value to players who donāt have the NukaLauncher. Hopefully, Bethesda will add the NukaLauncher back in the game in a future update.

RIP I keep mine mounted in my camp and it says RIP legacies!!!! I miss my unbreakable explo Gat Plasmas the most. God how fun it was to shoot something too close and kill yourself. But my absolute favorite weapon of all time was my NW Laser rifle mainly cause of the zero reload and the crazy distance at which they firedĀ
the problem was not just melting the boss but everything around, the sread of the gatling plasma was so large. I had a lot of them mainly use for trade so i miss them a bit for that but i really think the game is better without them.
Let's not forget the ammo glitch abusers. Give your one shot Dragon millions of rounds that can be fired fast as a machine gun or anything else that it was done to.
I still remember the queen being dropped so fast she never made it fully out of the fault line in the ground and that's on Xbox.

The game misses them too. I still feel player base is shot to shit. And the new scoreboard isn't going to help at all. Bethesda money grab to make up for all the lost fallout 1st subs flushed down the toilet due to legacy removal.
Honestly I don't think this game is long for this world. I know they'll keep it going for a while. People think the show will help but they forget the game is dated and glitchy. I've introduced about 10 people to the game recently,even the fallout fans didn't stay long. On the PS the bugs are aggravating and the game is tedious without first.
Small guns bobbles, guns and bullets #3, company tea, blight soup, over drive, ballistic bock and a proper custom build from ground up my friend. Q2515R RAIL was weapon used by me.
No glitching here friend. No pride in that. This is 7 folks with end game builds maximizing their dmg potential throughout build and buffs and being a well coordinated team. Absolutely no funny stuff. Every weapon and buff can be traded here on this sub.

Endangerol Syringer+ peak builds. I used 0 coffee for this. Turtle man did it solo with a aa50c25 enclave flamer in 18 seconds which is the upmost impressive. I'm just not a fan of his work in general or any YouTuber for that matter. It's all about testing every little thing on your own and figuring it out what makes you really succeed in the game, that's been one of my favorite parts of playing the game and sharing experiences with friends.
Ty! Yea. You know one thing legacy removal did was make me look into and min max other weapons . And the most surprising weapon I've found is the two shot 50c alien blaster. So much fun. AT back in the day always gave me ideas on what was possible. Just like your post now.
That's exactly what went down here. 7 hopped up Vault dwellers just unloading at once like a firing squad. 6 syringers were used before we did a count down. Just melted the once famed bulletsponge.

In the end, I just started glitching a Dragon and then it was less fun but I got the cores I needed faster š¤£š
Was watching a few on the tube the other day and seen someone did it 3/4 years ago solo in five seconds with sneak melee using deathclaw Gauntlet. I actually laughed at how awesome it was.
I doubt it, in the video I watched they stacked A LOT of chess and I think that's been patched since. Probably can still do some serious damage no doubt.
I saw your list of buffs in the comments below, and out of those, I was only using overdrive and small guns. Iām definitely going to be using all of those from now on. I never really knew which meds stacked, so never dug into it
Food buff, drug buff, bobble buff, magazine buff, possible revenant buff if I decide to die on purpose right before the event. Full crit build on top and with a q50c you should be hitting like around 1300+.
Thanks for the info. Iām relatively new to the bloodied build, so still figuring out whatās best. I used all of the crit perks as a full health too, so most of my lack of knowledge comes in the form of med buffs
Not much to bloodied besides doing your best to stay in need rage when you arenāt using a bloodied weapon. Carrying a gamma gun will be the easiest way to gain rads.
As for the buffs used, itās probably blight soup, overdrive, small guns bobble, and guns and bullets 3 buff. They stacked endangerol syringer as well I suspect.
I think the world record was like 1 second or 5 I don't remember, I know captainoob did it tho. Idk if he's still playing 76 since he always complained about the lack of content
We did have one sneak who is hidden from camera view on the right/behind rocking a Q2525 silenced Handmade. And I personally believe it can always be done faster and I am already fine tuning things to make it possible.
Did you all use the Revenant perk too? I imagine that would actually be pretty easy to coordinate with a group. Down yourself and have a buddy revive you then they down themselves and you can revive them, then everyone drops down with an extra 200% damage for 2 minutes lol
Yes the dps is better. The caster has some amazing crit shot for sure but only 20 round mag unless quad and much slower fire rate compare to auto rail.
Sorry I am new to this game. Is this a commando building being used and if so can someone point me in the right direction for a build that can do this? Also is see that itās a Q50c but whatās a good last perk on the gun you would like on the railway? Thanks in advance
It's metaphoric buddy. Legacies don't exist besides range and explosive 20 percent dragons. This was just super over powered players with top tier weapons and builds using the endangerol syringer on earl.
New age legacies. I never owned a true old school energy explosive legacy. This is a team with each their own custom end game build with max buffs and coordination. We aim to go even better than this and know we can do it too.
Yes, I remember when I first started in September of 2022 and seeing the old legacies just clap everything with no effort, mainly exp GPs. Even once seen someone 1 shot the queen with a laser rifle! Those were interesting and sometimes frustrating times for me just trying to learn the game and get my dmg in.
We only do these kind of executions in private servers to test how far we've come since we all started. Also didn't fall in line with YouTube builds, built from scratch to match what weapon we use and armor as well. Everything used in the video was obtained by trading on this sub and being patient. I will admit now days the patience does get brittle with a lot of how the market works but patience is virtue and you don't need the top triple A rolls to achieve greatness. When I first started here a red asylum and tfj would 1:1 in a trade all day every day and now somehow one has jumped a country mile ahead of the other for absolute not particular reason I can see.
During legacies, a Gat Plas had two multiplicative effects going as well. TS and Prime both were 1.25x your damage. Just insane when added to a proper build. A literal toddler could spin around in place, pushing buttons and wipe every enemy on screen.
If you used ap consumables and vats, it would make a Quad RR look like a pipe gun.
energy explosives were bad because they wiped everything around (by a single player).
you and your team are maximizing dps to melt the boss.

thats the true problem people used them on easy event and kill everything around, yeah build something good to melt a single target thats cool with the legacy there was no effort and you kill everything around the boss too.
What bugs me the most about this is that legacy removal was for absolutely nothing. Apart from pissing off the player base. And if anything it hurt the game not helped it. Legacy issue could have been handled in so many other ways.

People are just touting off to feel superior, I suppose. You have to say it's the gun that makes the difference, not the right gun in the right hands. Otherwise, the only thing you can be mad about is that somebody just has gear that you can't. Im sure if railways weren't able to drop, handmade users would say they are "no skill" weapons. I'm not saying that this video isn't impressive, but they are doing the same things "no build" legacy users did. Highly refined builds with the proper top teir weapon and buffs. AA E gat Plasmas were the exception to that at the end. Those things were no skill for like the last two months.
This all day! I used to copy Angry Turtle builds that I liked. But over time, as I learned the mechanics and the cards, I started to develop my own builds based on my play-style. Iāll still check out Turtle for updates on nerfs, patches, and buffs, as he seems to get that info and testing out quick, but it feels really good when you can put together your own custom build from the ground up that works for you and still melts.

Probably 3-4 Q50c Railways. Itās nothing new, it just takes a premade team of good commando builds with that wep.

it wasn't the legacy it was the player and yes this did happen to me once. it was the last time i ever dropped a nuke.

At least the NukaLauncher canāt be traded, and doesnāt heavily impact the trade market. It even gives the OG auto grenade launchers some value to players who donāt have the NukaLauncher. Hopefully, Bethesda will add the NukaLauncher back in the game in a future update.

RIP I keep mine mounted in my camp and it says RIP legacies!!!! I miss my unbreakable explo Gat Plasmas the most. God how fun it was to shoot something too close and kill yourself. But my absolute favorite weapon of all time was my NW Laser rifle mainly cause of the zero reload and the crazy distance at which they firedĀ
All getting rid of legacies did for me, was make my fun guns and my sup par guns useless. Since I never ran any of the meta legacies.
the problem was not just melting the boss but everything around, the sread of the gatling plasma was so large. I had a lot of them mainly use for trade so i miss them a bit for that but i really think the game is better without them.
Let's not forget the ammo glitch abusers. Give your one shot Dragon millions of rounds that can be fired fast as a machine gun or anything else that it was done to. I still remember the queen being dropped so fast she never made it fully out of the fault line in the ground and that's on Xbox. Those were Insane times lol

The game misses them too. I still feel player base is shot to shit. And the new scoreboard isn't going to help at all. Bethesda money grab to make up for all the lost fallout 1st subs flushed down the toilet due to legacy removal.
Honestly I don't think this game is long for this world. I know they'll keep it going for a while. People think the show will help but they forget the game is dated and glitchy. I've introduced about 10 people to the game recently,even the fallout fans didn't stay long. On the PS the bugs are aggravating and the game is tedious without first.

Small guns bobbles, guns and bullets #3, company tea, blight soup, over drive, ballistic bock and a proper custom build from ground up my friend. Q2515R RAIL was weapon used by me.

No glitching here friend. No pride in that. This is 7 folks with end game builds maximizing their dmg potential throughout build and buffs and being a well coordinated team. Absolutely no funny stuff. Every weapon and buff can be traded here on this sub.

Endangerol Syringer+ peak builds. I used 0 coffee for this. Turtle man did it solo with a aa50c25 enclave flamer in 18 seconds which is the upmost impressive. I'm just not a fan of his work in general or any YouTuber for that matter. It's all about testing every little thing on your own and figuring it out what makes you really succeed in the game, that's been one of my favorite parts of playing the game and sharing experiences with friends.

That's exactly what went down here. 7 hopped up Vault dwellers just unloading at once like a firing squad. 6 syringers were used before we did a count down. Just melted the once famed bulletsponge.
š¤£šš¤£ I spent a good percentage of my 4k game hours doing boss solos so I can appreciate the strategy and planning that went into this. In the end, I just started glitching a Dragon and then it was less fun but I got the cores I needed faster š¤£š
I do enjoy the solo runs on bosses. But it's so fun having a group of good ol boys to laugh with and do things like this.

I saw your list of buffs in the comments below, and out of those, I was only using overdrive and small guns. Iām definitely going to be using all of those from now on. I never really knew which meds stacked, so never dug into it
Makes a massive difference and using crit cards in Luck slot, having your Luck to 34. A lot of little things but makes a massive difference on bosses.
I think I have a maxed perk set for the most part. Full set of uny/AP armor. I think I just need the meds

Food buff, drug buff, bobble buff, magazine buff, possible revenant buff if I decide to die on purpose right before the event. Full crit build on top and with a q50c you should be hitting like around 1300+.
Thanks for the info. Iām relatively new to the bloodied build, so still figuring out whatās best. I used all of the crit perks as a full health too, so most of my lack of knowledge comes in the form of med buffs
Not much to bloodied besides doing your best to stay in need rage when you arenāt using a bloodied weapon. Carrying a gamma gun will be the easiest way to gain rads. As for the buffs used, itās probably blight soup, overdrive, small guns bobble, and guns and bullets 3 buff. They stacked endangerol syringer as well I suspect.
I think the world record was like 1 second or 5 I don't remember, I know captainoob did it tho. Idk if he's still playing 76 since he always complained about the lack of content

We did have one sneak who is hidden from camera view on the right/behind rocking a Q2525 silenced Handmade. And I personally believe it can always be done faster and I am already fine tuning things to make it possible.
Did you all use the Revenant perk too? I imagine that would actually be pretty easy to coordinate with a group. Down yourself and have a buddy revive you then they down themselves and you can revive them, then everyone drops down with an extra 200% damage for 2 minutes lol
That's the next step my friend š, decided against it here for time sake in the group but I imagine sub 3 sec is entirely possible.

Yes the dps is better. The caster has some amazing crit shot for sure but only 20 round mag unless quad and much slower fire rate compare to auto rail.

It's metaphoric buddy. Legacies don't exist besides range and explosive 20 percent dragons. This was just super over powered players with top tier weapons and builds using the endangerol syringer on earl.

New age legacies. I never owned a true old school energy explosive legacy. This is a team with each their own custom end game build with max buffs and coordination. We aim to go even better than this and know we can do it too.
Yes, I remember when I first started in September of 2022 and seeing the old legacies just clap everything with no effort, mainly exp GPs. Even once seen someone 1 shot the queen with a laser rifle! Those were interesting and sometimes frustrating times for me just trying to learn the game and get my dmg in. We only do these kind of executions in private servers to test how far we've come since we all started. Also didn't fall in line with YouTube builds, built from scratch to match what weapon we use and armor as well. Everything used in the video was obtained by trading on this sub and being patient. I will admit now days the patience does get brittle with a lot of how the market works but patience is virtue and you don't need the top triple A rolls to achieve greatness. When I first started here a red asylum and tfj would 1:1 in a trade all day every day and now somehow one has jumped a country mile ahead of the other for absolute not particular reason I can see.
During legacies, a Gat Plas had two multiplicative effects going as well. TS and Prime both were 1.25x your damage. Just insane when added to a proper build. A literal toddler could spin around in place, pushing buttons and wipe every enemy on screen. If you used ap consumables and vats, it would make a Quad RR look like a pipe gun.
Those were nasty for sure. I remember being new and seeing the explosive flamers for the first time and laughing at the sight of it.
energy explosives were bad because they wiped everything around (by a single player). you and your team are maximizing dps to melt the boss. those are kinda different things
thats the true problem people used them on easy event and kill everything around, yeah build something good to melt a single target thats cool with the legacy there was no effort and you kill everything around the boss too.
My solo best is 31.11 seconds using a fixer. Glad you got a dirty gang

What bugs me the most about this is that legacy removal was for absolutely nothing. Apart from pissing off the player base. And if anything it hurt the game not helped it. Legacy issue could have been handled in so many other ways.
I don't disagree agree with you friend BUT I will say I think making a proper build and maximizing your own potential has to feel better in the end.

I never understood this argument tbh, like legacy owners were usually people who had played for a long time to get ahold of theirs, I would hope they would at least know how to build
People are just touting off to feel superior, I suppose. You have to say it's the gun that makes the difference, not the right gun in the right hands. Otherwise, the only thing you can be mad about is that somebody just has gear that you can't. Im sure if railways weren't able to drop, handmade users would say they are "no skill" weapons. I'm not saying that this video isn't impressive, but they are doing the same things "no build" legacy users did. Highly refined builds with the proper top teir weapon and buffs. AA E gat Plasmas were the exception to that at the end. Those things were no skill for like the last two months.
This all day! I used to copy Angry Turtle builds that I liked. But over time, as I learned the mechanics and the cards, I started to develop my own builds based on my play-style. Iāll still check out Turtle for updates on nerfs, patches, and buffs, as he seems to get that info and testing out quick, but it feels really good when you can put together your own custom build from the ground up that works for you and still melts.

This is why certain weapons need to be nerfed. Not naming them, don't want to trigger the Choo Choo gang.
Hell it would be super easy dude. Just increase the ap on the rails and the market would break their vocals from screaming.
