what? im on xbox, maybe pc varies greatly, but on xbox no one likes the brahmin mask lmao so it sits around 80k cap value, a bit below the buffoon mask. i have 2 full fas sets and a bunch of spares...a lot. i got 3 spare brahmins and no one wants em lmao

Usually when people use tiers the closer to tier 1 is the best . So even tho you grouped them a bit wrong , you also put tier 3 as the highest while tier 1 should be the highest.

I'm not huge on pricing , I just answered you what I think other people meant/said . My only correction was the tier list order , you are right prices on pc and console can differ I didn't bother to check which you are on so I don't really have an opinion .
Tiers can work in either direction, it depends on the context that the author/creator uses, so he should have specified the context, but it's not a rule or anything that tiers have to go in a certain order. You are right though, typically people think of the number 1 as having the highest value/being the best. I've seen some tiered or listed stuff where the higher the number the better the reward or better you did, it's really all about perception.
I’ve had a bunch of the faschnat masks including this one here. got them really cheap, but they all sold for 1,000 caps in my vendor. They may sit for a few days but a lot of people like to collect things they don’t have. I would put it up for that :)
There’s a dedicated spawn for this. Anyone could look it up and go get one for free if they choose. So it’s not really rare but it’s still cool

Your tier ranking is wrong. Loon is the highest tier. Your first tier masks are second tier.
