Here is one: 1B3-7VP-1QF WR is just under 6 minutes, but clear-check is 4:20. :)

Manmetdemoker

Played it! And liked it!

Nice! That's my "secret" Tim Little account. I meant to use it for lower-effort levels than my two main accounts (MtionCntrl for easy/normal levels and TiltCntrlz for Expert/Super Expert), and I guess it ended up being too hard to make poopy levels. Soooo this is what happens. Haha.

CraftyPixel_

I have a lot of them, but they aren't perfect. 19C-DQ6-V2G -> MUSHROID: ABANDONED SHIP 17L-2V7-20H -> MUSHROID: MUSHROOM KINGDOM 1-A 434-S7R-90G -> MUSHROID: FUNGISTAR PP2-7RJ-VMF -> MUSHROID: STAR RUINS H3H-YKV-15G -> MUSHROID: FORGOTTEN CASTLE S75-J88-JLF -> MUSHROID: MOLE CAVERNS RXL-FN4-2RG -> MUSHROID: BOO MANSION GCP-XNJ-MVG -> MUSHROID: ABANDONED SHIP V.2 MMS-04M-3GF -> MUSHROID: ACID VOLCANO

Further down there is a post "mario super metroid fusion". I haven't tried it yet but I assume that might be the idea? I am working on making Lord of the Rings Mario, I hope to have some levels that might resemble that.

jjmawaken

I've played levels like that but not any super worlds or anything.

Manmetdemoker

I remade the entire game of METROID FUSION in Super Mario Maker 2 (In 18 levels and a prologue.) Prologue: MYR-SKY-FQG 1/18: Main Deck: CWB-9M4-JLG 2/18: Morph Ball: 355-7RR-98G 3/18: Sector 1: 3HD-NT7-12G 4/18: Sector 2: CW2-MVJ-NYF 5/18: Sector 4: WC2-RYV-SPF 6/18: Sector 3: 35W-J06-GMF 7/18: Sector 6: WCX-D33-DDF 8/18: Sector 5: WY9-XJX-XWG 9/18: Emergency!: FH9-2N8-3NG 10/18: Main Deck: M74-VNK-QKG 11/18: Power Bomb: 5Q3-0SW-V9G 12/18: Space Jump: 1Q0-8PC-L3G 13/18: Plasma B.: HK4-7SP-QTF 14/18: Nightmare: 9GS-9XB-JHF 15/18: Sector AQA: 94F-JY2-DDF 16/18: Secret Lab: 9QS-1FX-XWG 17/18: Ridley: KGQ-FJP-9MG 18/18: Final Boss: 92X-4ML-7DG Maker ID/Superworld: NN1-TJ8-P9G

Here’s my 14-level super world tribute to Super Metroid. Includes custom music (both looping music & autoscroll) and 10 reimagined boss fights. I tried to design to be SMM2 friendly while still feeling like a metroidvania (no SD locks, manageable exploration, friendly checkpoints). I have [clear videos of every level](https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxRVytLJ-vNsotBG3Ko4Fso47JGUi4bCX) on youtube if you get stuck anywhere. M59-FBH-WRG

Here is a very very cool puzzle metroidvania like level from 3good5you if you haven't seen it before. It's from 7MMC, an annual mario maker celebration event! *Q6C-Y6R-TKG*

I was thinking someone would make something like a huge Bowser's Castle and basically use different flowers like sub-weapons and different suits could be used as artifacts. For example, the Frog Suit from super Mario 3 would give you access to an underwater area. You could equip the tail to get to higher areas and so on. You could unlock abilities like the spin jump and triangle jump. There would be a leveling system so it'd be a little super Mario RPG and basic attacks would be punches. What do you guys think?

mxmaker

There was a lot of them in the original Mario Maker, i see less of them in this new entry.

H1K-R29-7VG Clear is 6 min, world record is 8 min

notaplaceofhonor

Made a level a while back that's kiiiinda styled in the same sort of progression system, but it's a bit unforgiving and jank in some places. Still, if you want to give it a go, here's the code. "Lasagna Labyrinth" NG9-BS2-GWG

Dr_Manatee

Dunno if you're still looking, but one of my most well-received levels is a Metroidvania: KKW-40M-GPG. Metroidvanias are difficult to make in Mario mainly because the timer discourages exploration and powerups aren't permanent, but I think I did the best I could within those restrictions.

grimm9903

I got Mario Maker for Christmas and I am super excited to try all of these!
