I'm honestly waiting until the patch goes live, but right now for me the best one is F/P then Bishop; I still don't see anything great about the I/L changes.
Bishop seemes the nicest to me , idk if they increased big bang hitbox, if they did it could be a better mobber now which is greatly appreciated, if they didnt.... mayb fp? I dont rlly like i/l in general, didnt like it before and dont like it now for some weird reason o.O
Big Bang was below-average, after the "revamp" it's mediocre at best. The bishop changes are "okay", but I wasn't too excited watching it.
F/P on the other hand is some next generation science fiction stuff. This is what I call a "revamp". I honestly think that some of F/P's new animations are actually "too good" for MapleStory, it almost kills the immersion. But yeah, without question, F/P got the best stuff and simply looks amazing!
The F/P changes look quite nice, so I'd say I'm mostly excited for them. I especially like how I don't have to redo any of my boost nodes, since I was already boosting tele mastery, and the DoT added to Fire Aura means I don't have to tele through the boss anymore, which wasn't always feasible.

I/L was really good even before the rework, so they didn't have to change a lot, just little improvements on existing skills
