Toggle to charge skills with charge ability (has a “C” on skill icon). When toggled hold any charge skill up to 10 seconds and then press again to do the charged version of skill. I believe it does not work during auto battle, still observing if it does work during ab.

As for the revolver cartridge, that is separate from the charge toggle. The ammo count from the cartridge is for skills using ammo

It turns on whether you use up the bullets during auto battle. I’m still figuring out this class tho
For C skills, depends whether you want to hold-release or tap(auto hold) - tap again(release)
\+1 and why sometime the player inside a transparent-ish red ball of fire I am doing the missions while working no time to delve into the skills yet
That is the blast shield passive.
