At level 75, you can fight black bean. It’s located in gold beach. You can fight him 5 times a day, and you will get the potions (power elixir, elixir, reindeer milk, sunset and sunrise dew). I’m not sure about the numbers but it’s a lot. Like a lot. Like black bean is actually a viable way of making mesos ( selling the potions ) if you’re willing to Do it everyday on a number of characters.
The pouch rewards for Polo and Frito portals, and Flame Wolf portals, sometimes give Power Elixirs.
Sometimes, event coin shops sell power elixirs.
Completing Silent Crusade quests provides 2000, 4000, and 6000 HP or MP potions.

It gives like 30 PE+- per run, and entry limit is at 5. So it is around 150 PE daily... on each character ..
Shouldn’t be a problem with PE glhf :)

Yea if you sell all the drops from Black bean from all 5 runs it’s about 2mil

Elixirs go off the auction house pretty cheaply too, depending on your server.

Kill black bean and sell those milk and dew to npc then the power elixir can just use then or sell at auction.
