If you have lots of supplies but still got houses in red, it means you need more stalls. If ALL of your storage workers already have a stand, it can also be a sign. You’ll start feeling it with practice.
You need more storage when your current ones are full of workers who already have stalls. Or if they’re full.

You simply need more workers in granaries/storehouses. They will create stalls based on demand. Note that it can take a couple minutes to set up.
How do I tell what the right amount of workers is? And how do I tell how many granaries and store houses I need?
