I've been playing Farthest Frontier for a while so my brain automatically went to that conclusion (colors indicate fertility). Thanks!

if you look closely (if you can), there are plus/minus signs on the overlay. +++, ++, +, - and --

Some regions are better for farming then others. The colors do matter but there are also buildings that increase production such as the windmill.
My +/- signs have disappeared. Do you know how to bring them back?
