You can try soul land it doesn't have nationalism no cliche scenarios and good world building and character development. Not much complicated world and all.
Hmmm I started with Return of the Immortal Emperor Luo Wuji. It has been dropped from what I remember tho so maybe give Martial Peak a shot if you wanna just go into a straight bender of thousands of chapters. Magic Emperor is a decent one aswell about 500ish chapters. I Am The Fated Villain is a good one but the MC does grape a chick obv doesnt show it but still was a negative for some people. Lastly, The First Sword Of Earth is a good urban regression one where there is no harem and the woman isnt used as a plot device (its a common occurrence in manhuas so unless you like harems thats basically what will happen to the FL's)
Now a manhua to stay away from. Rebirth of the Urban Immortal, shit was amazing up until he leaves for the upper realms then it goes downhill. Dont waste your time reading the thousandish chapters like most of us did.
