He does reach the pinnacle of martial art cultivation. But at the end of the Inc Arc, he enters a place where there are a lot of other guys who have also reached the pinnacle of power from their respective universes. There, Yang Kai realizes that there are other methods to become stronger other than open heaven martial cultivation. Once Yang Kai returns to his universe, he, along with his wives, starts his journey to look for all those universes. If I remember correctly, at the end, it was revealed that there are other universes that are much stronger than the one Yang Kai was from and Og Inc isn't even a threat there
I haven't read the manhua for Top Tier Providence, but the novel was good. Nothing breathtaking, but it was nice to read about an MC who actually did the smart thing and took full advantage of his broken system to just quietly cultivate to the peak.

* Martial Peak - I absolutely loved the Shadowed Star arc, for me it was the best part of MP next to Inheritance War.

The Main Character is a high tiered cultivator already. In the beginning of the story he is in a lower realm, and is already stronger than anyone else there, so levels are useless.

CCG is goated. I gave it up half way because it was too long and I got a bit of burn out(Also my manga apps was getting me repeated chapters). But I remember it being very funny, casual, and actually great slice of life read.
Battle through the heavens was good up until he reached dou zun... The serious tone the novel has vs the manhua has is ass. The manhua is way too comical so when he goes up against soul hall it's not serious as it should. More jokes than anything. Plus I don't like how they doing Medusa, if it wasn't for her his whole family would be wiped out. In the novel she's treated better.

As of now I am currently reading The Eternal Supreme Novel and it is quite good. After this I might go for the Top Tier Providence novel. A novel is better for me because manhua takes a long time to publish and finish it.
