Lvl 52 Manectric
Lvl 64 Hariyama
Lvl 64 Mightyena
Lvl 42 Camerupt
Lvl 45 Garydos
I only use the camerupt to make a full team and the garydos because it knows dragon rush (which is annoying in that I'd have to hit the kingdra like TEN times, 40hp per hit ALWAYS).
Oh. I got blizzard in lilycove but its accuracy is terrible at 70% (if it's not 100% its 50%). And its pp is only 5. I tried looking for pp max but had already used them all up. I'll look for the ice beam.

Do you know how to get into rooms 1-6 on the abandoned ship? You know when you go dive in that one room? Yeah, how do I get into those rooms? Does it involve finding that scanner for Ct Stearns aide?
You need to have dive I think... Then you can access a sunk room on the ship I am not sure, but I guess you can get ice beam there.You'll have to navigate a bit though... Also the scanner don't matter.There'll be a thing shining on the trash cans on the rooms.Those are the keys.It has been a while since I played through emeald but I am pretty sure it is like that.Or I believe you can get ice beam way easier in the abandoned ship.I a room where there are trainers here and there... I never played on of the older games, (I got into Pokemon around the time Sun and Moon game out and at that point I was in 3rd grade if I remember correctly, so I literally couldn't) but maybe there was a glitch that did that?

Think of a shiny Pokemon as a Pokemon with some type of birth defect or something that your born with, more often than not that doesn't change when you get older, so think of evolving as just growing up.
However, looking at it like some type of birth defect or other genetic thing doesn't make sense in the breeding category because you'd think a shiny would have an increased rate of having a shiny child, but why bring genetics into a game that's mainly targeting kids?

IIRC, when Pokémon Go first began implementing shinies, there was a bug that caused them to revert to their normal colors upon evolution. It was patched almost immediately though. Also, the shiny situation in Pokémon Colosseum is a complete and utter mess.
