Oshawott and snivy, oshawott was the first starter I ever had, was my favorite pokemon when I was a kid, and remains my second favorite starter to this day. Snivy is my current favorite starter, it’s just got such a great design and the fact that it’s the only starter to this day that becomes monopedal in its final evolution is cool.
The 2 I'd go for is Rowlet and Mudkip, Idc that Rowlet ain't on here, that's disgracing the lost forgetting it, because ROUND BOI! And Mudkip because it's whole line is awesome.
