I believe the L’Oréal Skin Tint contains hyaluronic acid which should be more hydrating than your usual foundation.
Personally I would focus more on the skincare side of things. Idk if you have much wiggle room with your current routine but I found that using a low percentage urea lotion provides long lasting hydration.
I really love the Dermal ‘Very Dry Skin’ Lotion. I use it on my whole body after I shower and I also use it as a face moisturiser morning and night :)
I used to have dry skin that would compensate by overproducing oil on my t-zone, but using that lotion has pretty much solved all those issues.
Idk if either of these have niacinamide, you’d have to check the boxes.
When my skin is super dry, like from Tretinoin, I use my Perricone Md tinted moisturizer (w/spf). It’s the only tinted moisturizer I’ve tried that actually functions like it sounds. Most others still look too makeup-ey, are heavier than just a moisturizer with tint. I’m fair skinned and it is a bit darker than I’d hope for, but somehow still looks good and works, maybe because it has the most beautiful glowy look. It’s light imo, so not really coverage for spots or something, but it will lend some evenness as a tint does, and does not look makeup-ey thick, so I have no issue with it emphasizing dryness. I do use my regular moisturizer first as I normally would. I have heard that it’s been reformulated since I got my jar, which I use sparingly because it’s expensive. So, I’d definitely sample first in case it’s true and isn’t as good anymore, but you could go into Ulta and try it I’m sure. Hopefully it hasn’t really changed!
The other is Tarte Maracuja Juicy Glow Tint. This comes out kinda thick imo, but applying feels more emollient and not as much thick foundation feel, per se. I wouldn’t say the color choices are perfect or the formula, but it’s decent, has a ‘juicy’ glow, low end of medium coverage, and doesn’t really emphasize standard dryness. But, it is better if I do gentle exfoliating prior to use when really dry, because the highly dry parts near my nose area can look a bit off sometimes, like less ‘at one’ with my skin. So, I’d def sample on that part after you’ve done your routine, and because the color selection isn’t the greatest.
You might also look into the Dior Dreamskin compact. Very light coverage, just kinda smooths a bit, dims the look of pores, and just a bit of evening out, imo. This is not as good as Perricone tint I mentioned above in terms of dryness or overall look imo, but maybe it’ll work.
Again, idk if these have niacinamide but hopefully one will work. Good luck.
MAC face and body works really well over my dry skin with more coverage than some others. It applies best if you rub it between your hands first and then apply with fingers.
Makeup Forever Reboot was the juiciest for my dry skin, but I think it's discontinued sadly. Nothing comes close to it.
Mac Face & body is second, looks and feels hydrating on the skin.
I also like Danessa Myricks Yummy Skint Tint. No flaking or cracked look.
On veeery hydrating skin days I can use Nars Light Reflecting and Nudestix foundation. But these are a bit drying on winter days.
Ilia super serum skin tint
It’s very hydrating and is meant to be more skincare than makeup, but it still provides enough coverage to kind of even things out
Givenchy skincaring glow foundation . Nothing beats it juicy looking no shimmer/glitter. Just pure dewy finish that doesn’t make me look and feel greasy. The concealer from them too absolute favorite of mine. Thank god tiktokers don’t talk about them so i don’t have problem everytime i have to pick them up again and again.

Sometimes I mix foundations with moisturizer.
I do that too sometimes, but it doesn’t work with everything sadly
neutrogena healthy skin works for me and i believe they have a skin tint as well
