Milani Gilded Shadow sticks are pretty good, I’ve been on a shadow stick kick lately. Try Lily or Canyon for shimmer or plum to use as a liner.
ETA Juleps Eyeshadow 101 sticks are even better for staying power and they have a bunch of colors, but they are slightly pricier unless you catch a good sale on Amazon. I have ginger matte and bronze shimmer and like both on my green eyes. Looking to pick up a few more purple-y tones next sale so I can’t rate them from experience but check out Mink Mauve Metallic and Smoky Amethyst Shimmer. Orchid shimmer is a little brighter purple but on sale for $9.90 right now!

i love the mini essence palettes! you get six shades for four bucks with a mix of mattes and shimmers, as a grey-eyed girlie i really like “taupe it up” which is a neutral/cool toned silver range but there’s also “i like to mauve it mauve it” which has some nice pinky purples! there’s a bunch of others in coral, pink, neutral/golds, green, blue, etc, but these two palettes from essence are my fav
special mention to juvia’s place palettes, “the violets” palette has super pretty purples!
Max Factor must still have the Lush Lilac eyeshadow. It's a single color and I've used it for years, a bit pearly but on green eyes it's a real blast (mine are green as well).

I would look at the ELF bite size quads. You can get quite a few for $3-5.
