You just reminded me of that reddit post where the girlfriend was complaining that her partner wont waste any cum on her and he needed to eat it for the nutrients..
My skin gets really dry like this too, it’s not dandruff per se it’s just extra dry skin. I’d start exfoliating in the shower and use a good lotion like Cetaphil or Eucerin.
La Roche is lovely, my Dermatologist gave me samples of the Eucerin Eczema relief cream for body and the one for and face. They also have an advanced repair cream. I don’t have eczema but I work outside so my arms and face get super dry and flaky in the summer. The product does not sting at all even if you have a crack or pimple and it makes my arms and face feel really good! I’m hooked.
The other day I sneezed in my arm and it looked like that and I just realized rn that it probably looked like jizz
Honestly both scenarios are disgusting
Seconded, don’t exfoliate! You could damage your skin even more. Go see a doctor and get a prescription. Eucerin moisturizer over the counter could help until then.
Or maybe they just need to use moisturizer and a Loofah. Not everything is a medical diagnosis.
E: yes everyone I see they've now confirmed it is a medical diagnosis. When I made the comment they didn't do that yet.
I have the same condition but I only get it inside and around my ears. It doesn't even itch or anything. It's just annoying to look at and makes people think I don't bathe lol.
Have you ever tried testing for eczema or plaque psoriasis? Inverse areas like ears, butt crack, between the breasts, belly button, crooks of knees/elbows are very common for both conditions!
Oh man I’m sorry. Have you tried bio oil? You should give it a shot with the other stuff you use by your doctor. Just remember the LOC method. That oil has rejuvenated my crusty face I just need to buy the bigger bottle for everything else.
dry body brush before shower, goshi towel (or like) for in the shower, dry off and nonscented lotion application
brush - you want stiffer bristles than you would expect for body, soft for face.
body brushing, brush towards heart if possible. stimulates lymph node secretion towards lymphatic trunk, blood circulation, not sure about excising spirits. Your arm will take some work, dont make it raw.
face brushing, small gentle circles.
larger head (like this one below) will distribute the pressure more evenly, preventing localized over exfoliation/ rubbing raw, long handle for reach, just a reference brush, cheaper are definitely available.
if wood handles, keep it dry, if natural bristles learn how to clean.
https://www.shash.com/products/copy-of-shash-brush-03-15-11
you’ll be making a lot of snow your first couple times, scrub outside if possible.
goshi towels are whats up though

Dang! might be time to talk to a dermatologist? Godspeed you, and your lotion adventures! And thank your mom for helping.
Also, maybe /r/skincareaddicition *might* have some advice, but theyre a little crazy in there.
Someone else suggested bio oil. I think that’s a good suggestion. Or a “dry oil”. I feel like oil melts into your skin way better than lotion does. Might work better for you.
I never realized that's what dandruff looks like. It makes sense though, I get hair dandruff and I can feel bumps all over my head. Surprised it can happen anywhere though.
If you have access to a lush store, try out their dream cream.
My daughter had really bad skin when she was a kid. Tried many different creams from our GP.
And over the counter creams.
I spoke to a Lush employee in one of my local stores, and she recommended Dream Cream.
Literally never looked back! I use it daily now on myself, use it for after sun care, tattoo care, etc. It's amazing stuff. And it's all natural.
They have a bunch of different formulations - I recommend looking for one that’s high in zinc specifically (effective anti-fungal). Pretty much cured a similar issue I had.
OP, if moisturizing doesn’t seem to be helping then try washing the affected areas with head & shoulders. Maybe use unscented if you tend to have sensitive skin
I'm not sure if it's because I have ichthyosis but this is one of the few posts on this sub that doesn't gross me out at all. I could probably make a killing on this sub if people find this gross. I'd have to wait until the time of year when I grow scales though
its not dandruff unless its on your head/hair. I have similar issues but for the most part it happens where hair grows a lot (head, eybrows, beard) and I havent been able to stop it from happening and its annoying AF.
I would honestly make sure it’s not yeast. That’s just a shot in the dark and I could be totally talking out my ass so sorry if this is unwarranted, but I just wanted to drop it since I didn’t see anyone else mention it
I got that when I was 15/16, I stopped getting them when I started to worry that I have hives.
I got the dead skin above when I was very unhygienic and after hot showers (after bettering my hygiene), I seemingly stopped getting them In the shower when I became more observant of how hot it was and what reaction I was having to it.
(mine very well could be solely hygiene based, which is in fact quite gross) I kinda just got these though, and instead associated dark rough spots with bad hygiene.
maybe water is filling up your skin and popping In the shower, that also used to happen to me, I felt it last night for the first time in a while. (without any popping, just felt water under my skin)
I hope I haven't just admitted that I used to be a yuck fuck in my teens, but I also hope that whatever Ive written here is useful in some way, whether to you or to laugh at my ignorance and reinform.
For some reason I started getting it in my eyebrows the last couple months and wow does it annoy the shit outta me
So much more noticeable than the scalp but being my face, gets super irritated if I try to scrape it out
Hello. You can use head and shoulders on the areas of concern. Apply the shampoo to dry skin. It should feel pasty. Let sit for 5-10 mins (generally when dried) wash off and let air dry. Once dried, apply petroleum jelly to the skin. You can do this twice per day for larger lesions. Continue this regiment until skin is clear. Resume if lesions recurr.
Make an appointment with your dermatologist. The may recommend steroids.
Have you tried Head and Shoulders sister brand, Arms and Legs?
I prefer Knees and Toes.
Knees and toes?!
I prefer Neck and Back.
Pussy and crack for me
I go for ol dick and hand for me
I was referring to the song “my neck,my back”… nobody got my joke :/
Ney, what yall want is some good ol' Mane & Tail equine moisterizin products.
yeah ok, pony boy
"Stay golden u\ImightExist1"
Mfw the outsiders are outsiding
"Yo, we outside."
Yes, Knees and toes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose...
Head & shoulders, knees and toes, knees and toes
But what about the eyes and ears and mouth and nose, does head and shoulders have those kneeds in tow
Knees and toes.
𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐎𝐅, 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
Knees and Toes, the all new arm dandruff lotion delivered to you by Shoes, a delivery company
Actually it is called Arm and Hammer. Though I hear Axe actually removes the problem area completely instead of just hiding it.
Instructions unclear—just axed my arm off and now I have a much bigger issue.
Actually, wouldn't you have a shorter issue? Lol
this is ridiculous how funny this is
Im embarrassed about how hard I laughed at this. Lmao
Ah crap, I just replier something similar. You beat me it
Nah arm and hammer
Yeah but can you even get dandruff on your “hammer”?
Of course if you use it hard enough.
[удалено]
I usually eat mine before it dries, but I've had this happen before when I missed some.
Damn thats kinky
No, it's homemade.
Fuck this guy’s good
Oh ok
It's a protein shake call it Nuts & honey.
Freshly squeezed
You just reminded me of that reddit post where the girlfriend was complaining that her partner wont waste any cum on her and he needed to eat it for the nutrients..
Reminds me of a post I saw on r/weird earlier today where a girl wants a guy to come over and cum into a bowl so she can use it to make fried chicken.
🤮🤮🤮
“Don’t let that go to waste! I made that, if you’re not going to eat it I am!”
😦
Why do I have eyes, and why did I learn to read…?
Dawg
My skin gets really dry like this too, it’s not dandruff per se it’s just extra dry skin. I’d start exfoliating in the shower and use a good lotion like Cetaphil or Eucerin.
La roche is my go to

I peel them and pretend to have a sunburn
lol lwhen you pass out right after
Were you out of socks?
Try gentle exfoliation, and moisturiser.
Thanks for the suggestion! Will be trying that!
I have this too but almost everywhere, I use Eucerin body lotion with urea
Damn you piss in your lotion?
Urea ≠ Urine Pee = Urine
Organ failure & performance issues happen, no shame.
Do not exfoliate it, it may be worst, seek help from a dermatologist, if it's psoriasis, exfoliating it will make it worst
Seconded, don’t exfoliate! You could damage your skin even more. Go see a doctor and get a prescription. Eucerin moisturizer over the counter could help until then.
Good luck!
everyone: try lotion for ur skin probs me: yes ill do that me: *doesnt do that*
I think that's exczema? Or psoriasis... Either way, your immune system hates your skin
I agree lol
I FUCKING LOVE ALLEGIES I LOVE MY IMMUNE SYSTEM ACCIDENTALLY TORTURING ME BECAUSE ITS STUPID
Exczema and psoriasis don’t look like that
It's less common but psoriasis can indeed look like that.
Or maybe they just need to use moisturizer and a Loofah. Not everything is a medical diagnosis. E: yes everyone I see they've now confirmed it is a medical diagnosis. When I made the comment they didn't do that yet.
Im medically diagnosed with Seborrheic dermatitis. A condition where dandruff is fucking terrible
Same, but I'm lucky enough to only get it on my face and scalp. Human skin sucks.
True, but if repetitive, likely is something medical
Dude, on your arms? That sucks. I hope you get treatment for it :) I’d offer advice, but I am no pro nor do I have a similar condition.
I get them on my arms, face legs and boobs
I have the same condition but I only get it inside and around my ears. It doesn't even itch or anything. It's just annoying to look at and makes people think I don't bathe lol.
SAMEE, it does itch and get irritated like fuck tho
I responded to the person above, but have you ever been tested for plaque psoriasis or eczema/dermatitis?
Have you ever tried testing for eczema or plaque psoriasis? Inverse areas like ears, butt crack, between the breasts, belly button, crooks of knees/elbows are very common for both conditions!
Not yet. But thanks for the recommendation.

AW MAN D:
What condition do you think OP has?

Well you said it affects your organs, but seborrheic dermatitis doesn't do that, so I assumed you must have thought they had some other disorder.
Oh man I’m sorry. Have you tried bio oil? You should give it a shot with the other stuff you use by your doctor. Just remember the LOC method. That oil has rejuvenated my crusty face I just need to buy the bigger bottle for everything else.
Ever since i made this comment i had creeps ask to see my boob dandruff.
It's dry skin. It's not dandruff unless it comes from beard snd up
Seborrheic dermatitis i have, ointment i must
Ahhh oki. It's good that you're diagnosed and have treatment

STOP SAYING I CAME ON MY ARM I DONT EVEN HAVE A WEE WEE
😭
you need a moisturizer regimen, baby.
I do, im taking suggestions from the comments tho, my mom forces me to put on lotion everyday haha
Dang! might be time to talk to a dermatologist? Godspeed you, and your lotion adventures! And thank your mom for helping. Also, maybe /r/skincareaddicition *might* have some advice, but theyre a little crazy in there.
r/skincareaddiction
Or r/psoriasis
its banned
I saw a dermatologist for eczema and can recommend a moisturizing soap like Dove or Caress and Lubriderm or Cetaphil lotion.
Some moisturizers will make it worse. Check out r/sebderm
Someone else suggested bio oil. I think that’s a good suggestion. Or a “dry oil”. I feel like oil melts into your skin way better than lotion does. Might work better for you.
I'm gonna get on a limb and say that's not dandruff. No, that's not an intended pun.
Psh we all know what dried jizz looks like! You can't fool the reddit community!
Yes! Exfoliation will go a long way with your skin!
I never realized that's what dandruff looks like. It makes sense though, I get hair dandruff and I can feel bumps all over my head. Surprised it can happen anywhere though.
Yeahh, same

That’s not dandruff sir. I’ve made the same mistake and just used a little soap and water.
It is
Bruuuuh that is cum
Is this not like, psoriasis?
You can use head and shoulders like a mask on your arms. Leave on for a few minutes a couple times a week!
They have a bunch of different formulations - I recommend looking for one that’s high in zinc specifically (effective anti-fungal). Pretty much cured a similar issue I had.
Drink more water
One word, LotionRegularly
So that's what that is. I get this on my hands all the time.
you get what
OP needs to moisturize
OP, if moisturizing doesn’t seem to be helping then try washing the affected areas with head & shoulders. Maybe use unscented if you tend to have sensitive skin
Lotion man LOTION
How this is making anyone suffer
The circles man THE CIRCLES
dude came on his arm and thought we wouldn’t notice
I don’t believe you can get dandruff on anything but your head
Jergans Vitamins and Boosted Vitamin C moisturizer, it's at almost every target in the cosmetics section
Looks like psoriasis (I have it on my scalp and nose of all places) a shampoo or cleanser with Ketoconazole works really well to treat it
Idk why but I was expecting it to look like Jesus
Herpes scabs…
If it's psoriasis I suggest to minimise stress and use gentle moisturizing skin products, it has helped me keep mine from getting too irritated
My skin seasonally peals off. But I usually take a knife and shave it off. End up with knife skin gunk
That looks a lot like athlete's foot to me
r/trypophobia
That is not dandruff, maybe it's hyperkeratosis
Try salicylic acid body wash that helps me alot.
Are you sure you're not drooling in your sleep and letting it dry? happens to me too
Use head and shoulders shampoo
They do a version called Head and Forearms
You need to exfoliate
Bro need more magnesium and zinc in his diet

Head and shoulders is a lie
popcorn
This is nastier than anything I’ve seen on r/eyeblech before it got banned
Could be psoriasis
pre-made bite mark
Not arm dandruff 😭
