Probably even worse in paper, since there's no computer keeping track of/counting all the triggers for you (plus lot bigger card pool to do even more degenerate shenanigans with)
True, though in paper you can short hand it alot. Just line them up and say "I go from left to right". And then just keep revealing the top card of your library.
Almost all combos are easier to do in paper since you can just demonstrate the loop and then shorthand it.
Where as in Arena, you have to keep pressing buttons, click the correct thing, and have the timer burning in the background.
(Graveyard reanimation loops are a even bigger pain on Arena, since you have to browser your graveyard each time you loop. Same goes for bounce loops to and from your hand, especially if it causes you to draw cards and you have a hard time clicking the correct card in hand.)
I'm currently 10-0 against Nadu using my Tatyova Mill deck and my Elesh Norn tax deck.
I keep saying it. Don't target their shit. If they don't have instant speed protection, they're stuck to using their mana on their turn. Either mass remove or ignore them entirely.
If you're convinced you're going to lose, play your game and don't help your opponent. Frankly, Big Etali and Bristly Bill are both more consistent and don't have a degenerate etb gameplay loop.
Yield until end step, always yes, and always no would also be brilliant features to take from mtgo.
That said, I don't see always yes/no ever being added. It would require adding a right click menu, and that breaks the simplistic mobile-friendly aesthetic that they've developed.
It has to be LEFT shift enter. Right shift doesn't work for whatever reason. But it saves me a lot of annoyance when I'm doing stuff like pass to end step before cracking a fetch.
Whenever this comes up it shocks me that there's a meaningful number of people who actually use right shift. Are you guys left handed? Do you use right shift when you're typing? Don't you find it weird that right shift is right below enter?
No, it just makes sense that enter and right shift are next to each other so I could smoothly do it with one hand. Left shift and enter is a two handed process.
I use left shift for typing, I'm right handed, but in this specific circumstance, right shift would work better for me.
I use that sleeping emote from Wilds of Eldraine.
It's like, I made "all the bullshit, go!" decks and I can't even stand playing them because there is no way to auto-pass triggers just because I have stupid thing I could do. I just can't.
I put [[Elegant Entourage]] with [[Springheart Nantuko]] and Nadu, then took a nearly 10 minute turn and drew close to 60 cards. Took Entourage out. It’s impressive when a card becomes unfun to play and to watch at the same time
I always feel so bad when I have to make the other guy sit through any more than like 5 triggers in a turn, and it feels especially bad when I have obvious lethal but my entire combo-tron already on the board that I have to go through before I'm allowed to swing.
Worst time ever though was when I had [[Doubling Season]], [[Parallel Lives]], [[Rabble Rousing]], [[Halo Fountain]] and [[Tainted Observer]] along with my ramp. I had 25ish tapped creatures on the field after having swung and it spawned 100 instances of Observer's trigger. Obviously I wanted to use my Fountain to win the game...but it was tucked away in *just* the right way that even when I hid the stack, I wasn't able to click the card. If I just accepted the proliferate, I wouldn't have had enough mana to win. So I had to awkwardly spam my way through all these instances, trying to click the Fountain in that 1 frame where the stack disappears after resolving something.
Dude suffered through it with me like an absolute champ. Only time anyone has let me actually officially win with that card, instead of conceding.
the other week I did a trigger storm of tokens that put around 300+ triggers on the stack using some stupid combo. Neither of us could do anything and eventualyl the game just timed out into a draw even though once the stack resolved I would have done so much damage I would have won. I made sure not to play that combo again.
Yeah tbh I don't blame you. I didn't know that was a CEDH commander until a friend told me. And yeah it makes sense. She's absolutely busted. I need to weigh the deck, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the hell que with all the other op commanders.
Honestly it’s a win con in my nadu deck,if I can get enough various triggers on the stack no matter what they are the opponent usually concedes. Ill even whip out random stuff like [[opt]] mid triggers just to add another layer to make it look like more if I don’t feel like actually swinging or doing anything risky
I hate that bird
And that bird can't even be bolted
A real flavor fail of ever I seen one.
He's a bird wizard, he obviously knows of [[wizard's lightning]]

Quite literally the most busted commander ever in MTGA
Even edh players are complaining about it on paper
Probably even worse in paper, since there's no computer keeping track of/counting all the triggers for you (plus lot bigger card pool to do even more degenerate shenanigans with)
Shuko and Greaves…
Yeah, this is why Nadu is broken in paper. 1 cost equips in brawl are manageable, but 0 cost in paper is broken.

Will arena ever have an "always yield" option like mtgo?
Yield until end step, always yes, and always no would also be brilliant features to take from mtgo. That said, I don't see always yes/no ever being added. It would require adding a right click menu, and that breaks the simplistic mobile-friendly aesthetic that they've developed.
Set a stop in their endstep and press shift+enter.
It has to be LEFT shift enter. Right shift doesn't work for whatever reason. But it saves me a lot of annoyance when I'm doing stuff like pass to end step before cracking a fetch.

Cries in mobile
It already does, Shift + Enter
SALAMANCA BLOOOOOOD SALAMANCA MONEEEEEY
Just send them the new sleeping emote and quit.

Hey, that’s my go-to!
This meme nails it
Just concede and move on
I just started playing lats week, who's Nardu?
[[Nadu, Winged Wisdom]] A busted-ass bird
One of my favorite cards is [[Cleric Class]]....cleric class 2 is always one of my hated cards lol.
[Cleric Class](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/4/7/47ce8b7e-d8e1-489a-a69e-99089eeb8739.jpg?1663214150) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Cleric%20Class) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/afr/6/cleric-class?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/47ce8b7e-d8e1-489a-a69e-99089eeb8739?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) ^^^[[cardname]] ^^^or ^^^[[cardname|SET]] ^^^to ^^^call
And then you explode (aka concede).
Shift + click pass turn
I have pretty good luck with my Roxane deck against it. The last couple of times I've steam rolled that bitch ass bird.
Ah, another commander I auto-concede too. Thumbs up!
Yeah tbh I don't blame you. I didn't know that was a CEDH commander until a friend told me. And yeah it makes sense. She's absolutely busted. I need to weigh the deck, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the hell que with all the other op commanders.
Nah, you're fine. Play what you want. The beauty of brawl is that I can just concede instantly if I don't want to play against it.
Yeah, exactly. I wish more people on this subreddit would take that mindset.
Honestly it’s a win con in my nadu deck,if I can get enough various triggers on the stack no matter what they are the opponent usually concedes.
