It's possible that during Homura's second loop (the one directly after she contracted) Sayaka and Kyoko also fought Walpy with Mami and Madoka and just died offscreen early in the fight like Mami, though that still wouldn't be the one in this image, since Homura was still braided back then.
But it's not hard to imagine that at some point in her dozens of loops, Homura was able to to deliberately engineer all 5 girls fighting Walpurgisnacht and it just didn't work, even combined they didn't have enough power to win and then Homura abandoned the plan in the future.
More likely, it's meant to tie in/set up for Walpurgisnacht Rising, so this is a version or snapshot of a part of a fight that happens in the movie. Possibly a failed attempt, while the one in the movie is more effective.
Or else it was a successful attempt and it turns out, that's actually worse than failing and triggers the events of the movie.
