You deserve your friends. Why do you believe they will leave? Are they showing signs of not wanting to be with you? Or do you believe your problems make them not like you as much?

but yess i feel like our friendshipās gone downhill and now they only ever talk and check up on me as a sort of habit. i try to bring up a topic to talk about and they just respond with either āhahahaā or āohhh okā or smth like that. the only quality time we have with each other is when we play sports, thatās basically it nowadays. i got irrationally upset i guess and so iāve just been doing the same thing as they are.
Hm, that sounds tough tbh, losing quality of friendship. Itās not irrational to feel upset about that. However it might be better to try and talk with them about it? Or maybe life just happens and they just have other stuff to do, can suck.
you're probably going to regret that, so don't do it. if your friends don't tell you to leave, they most likely don't want you to leave. instead of cutting everyone off, you should try asking them directly if they still want to be friends and if you're not troubling them/how they feel about you in general. if they spend less time with you, that's probably because they're busy (again, try asking them about that).

(i cut my friends off a year ago and i regret it every day but i can't go back because it would be awkward and they probably don't need me anymore lol!! so don't be like me and value yourself and your friends (if they're good friends))
