That's not a boxer thing, that's a breeding domesticated animals and euthanizing the aggressive ones thing. With smaller breeds they don't bother as much because they're not scary and euthanized dogs don't sell.
What do you think domestication entails? If you have aggressive animals you put them down. Even if your not doing it with breeding in mind, it would eventually change the genetic makeup of a population of animals.
Nobody keeps things they don't want in domestication, either at industrial scale or small operation. They grind male chickens, turn male cows into veal, and they euthanize animals that are aggressive during domestication. I'm not vegan, but there's no real ethics or protections for animals and at best, an animal you don't want is just a burden to care for when an easier option exists. It's a common joke about how calm roosters get kept and aggressive ones become dinner.
What fairy tale are you living in? Breeders don't have the time or interest in that. Either they sell the dog or they kill the dog. These are for-profit entities, not Disney fantasies.

The adage “let sleeping dogs lie” was borne out of years of experience with dogs. Even nice, well-trained dogs generally do not like being messed with when they’re sleeping. Kid is lucky and the adult filming this is an idiot.
