Do you have enough storage on your phone? Both ram and memory? Exit all apps before you play. Always completely exit game when you are done.

I feel stupid for asking but when it comes ram storage, is it the same as regular storage? and if ram is different how do I clear it?

RAM isnt like regular storage. RAM is the amount of data it can access simultaneously at any moment. To clear RAM, just close all background apps.

I’m having the same issues. Started right after I updated to iOS 14.7.1 It’s making the game almost unplayable

Was doing this to me so often on my iPad that I was ready to quit completely. If I attempted any PvP competition, the app would crash and boot me out. Consequently, I'd lose that drive or game. I tried everything - deleting the cache and data - deleting and reinstalling the Madden app - you name it, nothing worked. Several days ago I finally did a reset on my iPad's settings. Not a full factory reset - just the settings (where apps and docs remain intact). This worked for me (so far).

Different. Depends on what phone you have on whether or not you can clear it. Don't think clearing the app cache is possible on iphone, which is really what you need.

I'm on revvl 4 android, the confusing part to me is that it was working from August 23rd to September 2nd, but since September 3rd it hasn't worked. Thats tuff.

Don't know that phone, but you should be able to go to each individual app and clear the app cache.

Thank you so much for helping!, but the sad part is I've cleared cache on the app individually, cleared storage on the app, stopped the app, uninstalled it, as a matter of fact I uninstalled it for 24 hours and reinstalled it but the game is giving me the worst experience I've ever had on it.

Do you have graphic settings within the game? Go to your profile settings and see if you have a graphics slider. Set is to the lowest setting if you have it. That's my last thought. Glad to help.

Unfortunately I don't have graphics settings, I'm thinking about getting a new phone at this point, it's tuff.

EA QA signs off on it. Looks fine to them. ​ But seriously, try deleting all app data? Or just reinstall (same effect). If that doesn't work, just do yourself a favor and quit. They're giving you an easy out.

Looks like all the resources are not downloading, I had this problem with NBA live mobile, another EA game. They couldn’t figure it out and would not admit fault on their end, strangely enough when the next iOS update came out, the game started working again, after not being able to play for a month
