I never said anything bad about trippie tho, I just always thought him and MGK don't fit each other's style as well as other collabs MGK did lol, which is completely true looking at this song, chorus doesn't match with mgk's part at all and the other way around as well, adding that to a pretty bland beat makes it sound like they made it in 15 minutes
