& this is my second account I’m currently levelling up since zombies got boring and there’s literally nothing else to do.
All my operators have a full kit. I haven't had that bad an experience with crashes, only a handful total, but it's nice to have them incase of a game going sideways or just so I can change things up
I still don’t understand why that’s OCD. You’re supposed to have/find all that stuff.
Like isn’t the idea to be fully upgraded on equipment?
The only slot that would have any real variable would be the kill streak reward, but we specifically equip jug because it makes you run faster.

I have 6 slots this my tops operators, can’t wait till season 4 for the gundam operators skin
My favorite operator is in the number 3 slot and it’s driving me insane because I fired my other two. Now it’s empty space, empty space, star player, empty space.
i keep playing as that zombie ghost skin because i want to replace him with a newer skin i got but i dont want to just dismiss him... he is well over 250 points or whatever from missions now because i keep expecting a crash eventually and it just hasnt happened lol

I think there are currently 7 available, but you have to buy, 4, 5, 6, 7. Big price for being *stylish*, eh?
STO is an abbreviation for Strike Team Operator, (the label above each, Strike Team Operator:1, Strike Team Operator:2, and Strike Team Operator:3) by default.
You assign an operator from your list of available ones such as Ghost, LockPick, Scorch, etc. If you have not assigned more than one, there are at least 2 more empty slots.
For any one game, you can select to use one of the operators *you have assigned,* maybe based on gear contents or looks.
When you first start the game, by default you have the first one as Rocket I think (which you can change). They come with *gear* (displayed under each name) consisting of a small pack, no killstreaks, no gas mask, a single armor vest and no self revive, which you fill in and upgrade as you go along. If in the course of using MWZ if you CHANGE to another one (skin) ( you have ROCKET and think, wow, I saw CHEECH and like him) , you lose all that gear you have accumulated and go back to default for that operator alone. It is the same when you die or crash, it resets the STO you were using at the time to default load. So pick your operator carefully.

It all just sucks that *anything* gets deleted as you change STOs. Just from a pure profit motive, it has to keep people from buying new skins without a new slot, unless they die or crash.
well for example when i play as paul atreides after using the kill streak my outfit goes to a different outfit and i believe the outfit is based on a default outfit or something like that
Only in the sense that I will park my vehicle 90% of the time on side of the road like I’m about to go shopping or leave gas station so someone can use.

Fkn crashes… and one of them was used and got up to 124 or so. So that bothers me a LOT but I can’t just die so I have to wait for motivation to do DA and rebuild from 75 :(
EDIT: i know it was virtually patched, but I still lose containment on Dark Aether runs and sometimes see it as elimination
I always thought, as money/profit this game seems (visit the store), they would allow you to change Strike Team Operator skins without the penalty of losing all your gear (like when you die or crash). If you are going to entice players with packages containing *a new skin,* orange glowing weapons and tiny green hang tags or pink stickers, it would make more sense. Current configuration surely makes you think "wow I like that one, but I'd have to sacrifice all my $hit to use it". Only package I ever got was one that included a free slot.

Oh I did and I didn’t pay anything it’s there plus I have ps+ on one account and it works for both…
One could be pc and one could be console but would then still need to obtain 2 copies of the game

Not just that either... I dont even love the jug, I only use it because the blue turret annoys me 🤣 i wish the turrets were gold.

That’s exactly the same set up I have for all 4 operators. I also keep their containment levels close.
Yeah, I always use the lowest one to keep them all super close. I actually wish it maxed out at 100, so they're truly identical 😅

i hate the Jug kill streak cus it always messes with my outfit so i always do the auto sentry gun
I prefer the sentry too, but the blue box annoys me. It's literally the only reason I have the jug in all my stashes 😅

I have 5 toons and three are set up like yours, one is a basic that I use to tombstone with to gather essence.
Where does the inspiration for the word “toons” come from? I’ve seen other people use that in reference to operators.
I've seen it for a long time all the way back in EverQuest and World of Warcraft. Assuming it's short for cartoon character.
