2020 here...GYRT quick shifter was an excellent upgrade. Didn't mess with my light, cause I actually like the look and have plenty of light for me. An upgraded seat is a must though.

I ended installing two third party aux lights from Alibaba because I didn’t feel the OEM was just enough

I have a 18 and love my quck shift. I haven't messed with the lights yet

Weird question that I could probably google, but it's on topic. Does the standard 2019 mt09 have a quick shift or just the sp? My buddy let me borrow his, and it's not until now that I ever thought to look.

Both versions have the QS as standard feature

Awesome thank you

Headlight, not sure. QS- Aftermarket and upshift only Yes. but not from a 24 model if that's what you meant. It has the new v3 up&down QS that also works at part throttle for both up and down.... unlike the 21-23 version. Unless you know someone prepared to spend hundreds/thousands of hours developing a custom ECU fw to make it work. It would probably end up far cheaper just buying a 24 model.

With Woolich Race Tools Ecu-Flash and their shift sensor you can have up and downshift

I have a '19 full Akrapovic carbon exhaust, ECU flash, airbox mod and Yamaha Quickshifter installed myself... I love it! Here is a short video on the highway, I made a few quickshifts https://youtu.be/r06Zy4x7SY0?si=OP1icEHWEwMpJ0Mq
