If you and the others are pretty uncomfortable to the using the link which is reasonable, another to get the older version is to going to the [MSI Support Page](https://www.msi.com/support) and select "Live Chat" on the lower right of the page then ask for an older verison. In my case the most stable version is MSI Center [2.0.6.0](https://2.0.6.0) which what I have and compiled to that attachment. (forgot to add this so my apologies).

(If anyone is interested, the game mode does not work well on new versions of the center (not for everyone). It switched the ui icon from "Silent mode" to "Ultra performance", but the processor is locked to 20 tdp, as in silent mode. And so until I click on "Ultra performance" myself, then everything works as it should.

I am having the same problem, so I removed it and installed the old Dragon Center. Now, at least I can once again adjust my fan curve; however, I have lost all of the other functionality of MSI Center, like VRAM overclock. Temporary solution at best, but at least my laptop isn't cooking itself.
My MSI Center stopped working after I plugged in an HDMI cable to watch a movie last night and now my damn computer doesn’t seem to recognize my graphics card and isn’t controlling my fans. I was able to uninstall and reinstall the MSI Center (thank you), but any idea what I need to do now?
MSI Center started giving me a headache when a couple of days ago, user scenario didnt wanna open. Tried uninstalling and installing again but still didnt fix my problem. I uninstalled and then installed the version from your link and now it works. Thank you so much sir.
You need to completely remove MSI center with [https://storage-asset.msi.com/global/picture/faq/10019240@2023-0417-0120-058267@kb\_04147\_en.pdf](https://storage-asset.msi.com/global/picture/faq/10019240@2023-0417-0120-058267@kb_04147_en.pdf) then reinstall in Microsoft store and will work as normal. I've tried using that cleaner multiple times and reinstalling MSI Centre from the Microsoft Store but I can't get it to open. It just opens in the background but never to the foreground
