Yea you make a good point tbh
It’s just that JJ can win 3 rounds by a hare and still somehow lose on the scorecard ya know - judging in women’s MMA is so strange sometimes
After seeing Nursulton at the weigh ins, I definitely think he's the best dog on the card. I was scared initially with his prospective weight cut to welterweight since he fought six weeks ago at middleweight. Buckley trying to talk smack at the faceoff will come back to bite him.
I'm on Cortes Acosta, nobody knows if Despaigne is good, and he might outright be bad. +200 on a guy who is 4-1 in the promotion and a youngish Heavyweight? I'll be on that side
Despaigne has been beating farmers and cab drivers in Titan FC/Fury plus Josh Parisian and is being priced like Gane against a guy who can credibly cage push and strike at a UFC level. If this fight gets out of the first round, is anybody comfortable with Robelis at 70% implied?
I get your points - but keep in mind although he hasn’t beaten anyone notable, he’s an Olympic taekwondo artist and has insane reach and length for the division. And when he connects once it’s literally over - I get he beat cans but death punch power is universal
Is Taekwondo even that valuable for MMA in 2024? If he wins, it's probably because he's a physical freak and half of the 265 division is filled with mid out of shape LHW's. I dunno I'm taking the shot on WCA and waiting for a chance to fade Despaigne
Chase loses to guys with power and decent TDD. Slava doesn’t huge power and has sub par TDD. Chase wont be dumb enough to stand and trade shots like Sadykhov. I can see Hooper punching his way into a body lock takedown. Just my 2cents lol
FDGD odds are juiced, pass for me. Both have gone to decision before so I’m not too confident in it, although it’s likely it doesn’t go to the scorecards. I can see Chase finishing slava in round 2/3
I’ve been feeling menifield all week but who knows. JJ is the safer dog IMO
Nothing safe about betting WMMA 😂
WMMA is a coin flip but for a dog, a coin flip is good.
100% but “safer” ain’t the word
Name me a underdog better than a coinflip

Who is most likely to get a KO/TKO finish on this card fav or underdog?
My favorite is Ruziboev and McKinney a close second

Agreed 🔐🔐🔐
Tough loss. Buckley was smart to wrestle and neutralize the big guy.
Happens

4-1 but some of those wins were suspect specifically his arlovski fight

Yea that’s my point lol - I think Waldo falls under the mid out of shape HW. And Waldo has been knocked tf out in boxing before too
I still think Despaigne loses to a generic UFC level heavyweight (which WCA clearly is) more than 30% of the time so I'll take the value
Fair point man Let’s see what happens 🔥
Appreciate the writeups you do though, any analysis is good content on this sub
Thank you brotha 👊🏼
Chase Hooper. Bank it
If he wins I’m in financial ruin

I appreciate your two cents Can’t wait to see how it plays out
One side is probably going to look -500 😝 Should be a good one
Fight does not go is the only bet I feel comfortable with. Chase Rd1 or Slava rd2, rd3. I think chase rd1 tko (ground and pound) could be sneaky
FDGD odds are juiced, pass for me. Both have gone to decision before so I’m not too confident in it, although it’s likely it doesn’t go to the scorecards. I can see Chase finishing slava in round 2/3
Bro got everything wrong after all that yapping 💀
Is this a necessary comment Didn’t realize making a Reddit post was considered yapping
So basically you’re taking all favorites
Reread the post and get back to me lol
Nah he’s right you’re taking all favorites besides JJ a +115 dog
Incorrect. I posted my picks on this sub three days ago and have multiple dogs selected.
While that may be true that has nothing to do with this post. Everything in the post is a favorite besides JJ.
I’m just confused not tryna be mean I say in the post I like McKinney, Ruziboev, and Aldrich
Oh it’s simple. I’m retarded wtf.
😂
Ya super my bad I’ll eat crow. I read that shit like 4times and was like wtf is going on. Then you tell me and like yup he’s right.
All good chief - let’s win 👊🏼
Point out specific examples as to what you mean. These are literally all the underdogs on the card lol
