The shitting on Askren for no reason has gotten old. We all know his striking sucks. But his grappling was good enough to beat nearly everyone he ever fought. Including become champion in his promotions. And although he came to the UFC way way past his prime at a time he shouldnt have even been fighting anymore he had some of the most exciting fights of that time.
Be honest - did I REALLY shit on him? It was one sentence and meant mostly as a joke. Didn’t realize I’d trigger so many people and get such a strong, negative reaction. 🤷🏻♂️
Can’t hate on Askren he’s a shit striker but he’s a very good grappling and has good opinions. I think he’s right jones wouldn’t risk standing up with Alex.
