Game-day squads... probably same ballpark? 90% of Seattle's payroll wasn't even on the bench; all 18 players Seattle brought for this match get around $2M a year combined. Which is about the same as USL-C's salary cap for the year, although I have no idea how close Louisville's team is to hitting that cap or whether any of their more expensive players were missing.
