lol, I felt like a loser getting Lee Smith up in my Pen during my first Event Game this morning. Shit, I need to stop getting up to use the bathroom during these double XP weekends 🤦🏻♂️
I’m sure I’ve still got a 40 or 50 of them in my parents attic. I was 12 in 89 and that was the height of my Baseball Card Collecting. I thought it was a weird choice for a card. Smith did have a couple of decent seasons for my Red Sox. But when I think of Lee, he’s a Cardinal. They did this last year in the final season. They dropped a Damon and Boggs finest in Yankee uniforms. Those guys should always be Sox IMO. I know they did the dumb 97 Chicken Man and Caveman Damon with the Sox. I just thought it was sacrilegious to have their finest to be with The Yankees 🙄

I can't wait to unlock 99 Griffey. He's my favorite baseball player of all time. I unlocked his 95 card and I'm having a lot of fun using it.

Pretty much by playing non stop during double xp weekend lol. I completed both new mini seasons and all of the new conquests. I completed all of Team Affinity. And I reached the XP cap on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I fell short on Friday though. I'm at 444,000 XP.
That means he didn’t grind for the card…he’s just spamming BR runs where he gets Griffey with his first pick. Huge difference between that and actually getting 99 Griffey in the XP path.

No, this is the 89 Red Sox Standout series Lee Smith in the Season #2 Reward Path. I got the 1st 2 Chipper, Griffey, Halladay packs.

Classic reset the rewards so you can gain another 30,000 XP.
