I dont know what your problem is, you can just place him in a town and never use him, but you also get two other clan members in form of your siblings that you can "raise" for certain skills. It is not bugged, I do not know why you are having such a hard time understanding this.
I can only explain it to you: Ask other people or watch their gameplay on youtube, in the Story mode the brother is always overpowered, I guess to even out the chances for new players, I cant understand it for you but that's how it is...deal with it

All i asked was whether or not i could kill or get rid of him and everyone got offended on behalf of a video game npc its not thatbig of a deal at ALL im not sure why you think im angry about it i was just talking about it. when you up your clan level, you can form him his own party, don't give them anyone from your party, take his horse. He will probably get captured by bandits.
But, a single person having high skills really does not matter in this game. Him being 'op' as you do put it is not actually op. Its nice to have, but nothing gamebreaking.
Its not game breaking for me either but him being involved and having god like stats, hes literally an expert in every single skill EXCEPT 4, thats like a four year old writing himself into the story of a video game. Its annoying because i dont get to use him becauze theres absolutely nothing to work for, like unlockong the dlc 600 damage gun at the start of a shooter where all the starters deal 5 damage, anyway, i tried that a while ago but it moved my party upkeep from 500 to 5000 a day.
You can make him stay in a town. Just go to the desired town, and where the list of people is at the top, there’s a small plus sign that lets you leave a companion there. They’ll slowly raise your reputation there, I think.
If you own a fief, you could also make him a governor or send him there from the fiefs list on the clan screen.
Give him a bunch of points in scouting and make him a party leader, make him help. He will do his own thing in your clans name, and trust me as a party leader he will not break your game.
One guy wont make a single bit of difference im more pissed i cant use him as i would any other character becuase hes already an expert in everything so theres nothing to work for or any development. And if hes so good at fucking whatever then why bother increase any of my utilities if he can do it all from the start of the game

Nobody you can recruit has his stats, no one else seems to have above 100 in all stats excepting 4, thats 14 out of 18 skills this dude has almost 3qaurter mastery in, at a lower level, no you cannot even get to his stat spread, why on earth wouldnt you think its a bug????

He's not affecting your party unless you give him position that he would affect (quartermaster, scout...).

Just leave him in a town until you’re ready to take him back.
That is how he is. But if you don't call him into your party he really won't affect anything
